Kevin Iraheta Sousa
Kevin Iraheta Sousa is a Portfolio Associate at the Autodesk Foundation, where he plays a pivotal role in sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio reporting across the Foundation's impact investing and grantmaking. His journey in social entrepreneurship began in 2013, inspired by a career panel through his scholarship program, The Posse Foundation, a full-tuition merit and leadership based scholarship program, and he has since been unwavering in his commitment to leverage business as a catalyst for positive change. Before joining the Autodesk Foundation, Kevin honed his skills and passion at notable impact investing organizations like ImpactAssets, Acumen’s Civic Accelerator, Global Good Fund, and the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business’ Business for Impact initiative. Between 2016 and 2017, he co-founded an ed-tech startup, focusing on developing a comprehensive scholarship management platform. Kevin holds a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs from Lafayette College. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is an avid skateboarder exploring the NJ/NYC areas, a devoted husband often seen walking his Corgi, and an active participant in the NYC entrepreneurship ecosystem.
