Bruno Gavilán

Bruno Gavilán is a Senior Program Manager on the Strategic Talent Programs team, based in Barcelona, Spain. He has a background in graphic design and has spent nearly 10 years working in Learning and Development. What he enjoys most is helping people learn, develop new skills, and unlock their potential. Throughout his career, he’s combined creativity, technology, and learning design to create experiences that are both engaging and impactful. Bruno is passionate about artificial intelligence and the opportunities it creates for learning, creativity, and innovation. He loves experimenting with new technologies and exploring how they can help people work smarter and learn faster. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find Bruno listening to music, attending a concert, testing the latest AI tool, or playing video games. He’s always been fascinated by how technology and creativity come together, and he says he’s fortunate to bring those interests into both his professional and personal life.
