Dave Paczkowski

Dave Paczkowski is a Senior People Business Partner for Platform & Solutions and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has more than 25 years of experience in the support and delivery of Human Resources/People programs and initiatives, specializing in Talent Management/Strategy, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Talent Development both in the United States and globally. Dave holds a Master’s of Leadership Development with a concentration in Diversity and Inclusion from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Human Resources from King’s College, in addition to a variety of certifications in Executive Coaching, Change Management, OD diagnostic tools, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He actively volunteers and participates in community efforts to support the LGBTQ+ community in the areas of youth homelessness, domestic violence, and joblessness. He is a proud father to his child Hannah, a recent graduate and Research Scientist. Dave is a self-described adrenaline junkie who enjoys white water kayaking, skydiving, car racing, cycling and glacier climbing.
