Heather Ryan has over 10 years of experience in recruiting and HR functions. With a prior career in counseling, she has spent more than 20 years interviewing and getting to know candidates and clients in both disciplines. Passionate about the interview process, Heather thrives most when connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals. She’s grateful to contribute to Autodesk and is proud of the ripple effect of a great hire. Heather lives in Marin County, California with her two daughters and her dog. She spends much of her free time outdoors playing pickleball, hiking, kayaking, and dining al fresco with friends – and she enjoys connecting with people wherever she goes.
