Maxim brings over 20+ years of experience at the intersection of organizational and social psychology, with a focus on talent management, inclusion strategy, group dynamics, and building strong relationships and communities. Before joining Autodesk, he led global culture and employee experience initiatives at companies including Roku, Apple, Gap Inc., and Bon Secours.
