Rebecca Pearce leads Autodesk’s people and places strategy, overseeing organizational effectiveness, talent, culture and belonging, performance and total rewards, people experience, employee relations, people consulting, real estate, workplace, and travel and security. From forecasting long-term skill and capability planning, to encouraging human and AI partnership to increase productivity and unlock creativity, Rebecca has been instrumental in delivering the same innovation and agility customers expect from Autodesk’s technology, to the global employee experience.
In partnership with her dynamic team, she has transformed Autodesk’s culture, reimagined its work environments, and modernized its ways of working to foster greater flexibility, trust, and performance.
Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior and human resources management from Lancaster University and a master’s degree in strategic human resources management from Manchester Metropolitan University. She is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a member of The Wall Street Journal’s CPO Council, and serves on the board for the Autodesk Foundation.
