Shannon Whitfield

Shannon Whitfield is a talent acquisition (TA) leader and certified career coach whose 20-year experience in TA has spanned several industries and regions. As she's developed throughout her career, Shannon has embraced the philosophy of “empowered leadership,” which is in direct alignment to the corporate culture at Autodesk. To continue skilling up her own capabilities and the capabilities of others, she participates in leadership conferences and seminars and contributes to TA and client development through coaching, fundamental management skills, and dynamic leadership academies. A baker at heart, Shannon previously owned her own bakery and had the opportunity to sell her baked goods at the Kentucky Derby and NASCAR races. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia and is married with two adult daughters and a beautiful grandson!
