Stella Kislyuk is a Senior Engineering Manager in the Platform Services and Emerging Technologies (PSET) organization, leading Global Developer Relations. She is a seasoned engineering leader with more than 25 years of experience in the information technology field, building teams and processes and integrating tools to run lean development/QA organizations. Stella’s focus has been and continues to be on sharpening and strengthening teams to optimize delivery.
