New and Improved BIM 360 Account Administration User Experience

Our BIM 360 product vision and roadmap includes moving towards a unified, single platform. The latest version of BIM 360 Account Administration includes a migration to our next generation BIM 360 user experience. We’ve designed our new and improved UI to make this transition as smooth as possible.

All of your accounts, projects, members, and data will be fully accessible, and navigation to features and functions is clearly labeled.

This release includes additional exciting enhancements including

  • Project Member page: Now you see which modules each user has access to and their access level. Now this page also includes filters that let you filter members by module.
  • Account Selector: Account Administrators who manage more than one BIM 360 account will be able to switch between accounts.
  • Additional enhancements: This release also includes a new full-page interface, and performance improvements.

The URL for Account Administration has changed to The previous URL will automatically redirect to the new one, ensure that your admin workflows are not interrupted.

Sijie Zhang

Sijie is a Product Manager for BIM 360 HQ/Administration at Autodesk. Before joining Autodesk, Sijie worked as a Research Engineer, Technical Safety Engineer, and R&D Program Manager at Chevron, where she worked with multiple stakeholders and developed and deployed technology initiatives. She led research and development projects for advanced visualization for construction and automated design review to support major capital project designs and executions. Sijie received her PhD in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2014 and her research area includes BIM, VDC, Construction Safety, Rule-Checking, and Semantic Data Modeling.
