Version 1.5 of the Docs iOS app is available now on the App Store.  New features include 2D callout hyperlinking navigation, markup color and line thickness options, and a project-level view of all project issues.

2D Drawing Callout Navigation

Now the most highly-requested feature. detail callout navigation, is available on the Docs mobile app.  This is available for 2D PDF*, RVT, and DWG drawings in the Plans and Shop Drawings folders and subfolders.  Just tap on the blue-highlighted area of the callout, and you will see a preview image of the corresponding sheet with the callout detail.  Tap the preview to navigate to the detail sheet (or tap any other part of the drawing to dismiss the preview). From there, you can zoom into the detail or navigate to another drawing.

* Callout navigation is available for all PDF drawings added to Docs since June 28

Navigate to Recently Viewed Drawings and Models

We have also added the ability to navigate back your most recently viewed drawings and models.  This makes it easy to jump back and forth between a plan view and callout detail sheets, as well as between a 3D model and the 2D drawings.

View and Manage Issues at the Project Level

We have added a new Project-Level view of project issues.  From the app navigation panel, select “Issues” under the Manage menu.  You will see all project issues that you have permission to view.  From there, you can sort and filter to find the issues you need to review.  You can also take action on any issues assigned to you.
