On Saturday, September 30th, 2017, between 8 AM – 8 PM PST, the U.S. data center for Autodesk BIM 360 Field will be taken offline to perform necessary system maintenance. This maintenance period could last up to 12 hours. This maintenance will only impact accounts and projects that are hosted on the U.S. data center. BIM 360 Field performance has been degraded periodically over the past week. As a result, some customers have experienced difficulty accessing the BIM 360 Field site as well as latency in file processing. We have identified the root cause and will be upgrading our file storage systems to make the BIM 360 Field service more responsive.
The website will be unreachable and scheduled reports will be paused during this time. BIM 3l60 Field for iPad devices will not be able to sync during this time but you can continue to enter and review data on your iPad.
