April 25, 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The April 25, 2019 release delivers Transmittal feature improvements, the ability to initiate a review workflow from search results, Issue creation enhancements, and other usability and quality improvements.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Transmittals &#8211; creation extended to non-admins<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When we released the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/2019\/02\/22\/bim-360-docs-update-february-19-2019\/\">Transmittal<\/a> feature in February 2019, we limited the ability to create Transmittals to users with the Project Admin permission.\u00a0 In response to customer feedback, we have extended this ability to a broader set of project members.\u00a0 Now project members with the following permissions (at the folder level) can create Transmittals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>View\/Download + Upload<\/li>\n<li>View\/Download + Upload + Edit<\/li>\n<li>View\/Download + Upload + Edit + Control<\/li>\n<li>Project Admin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1677\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/127\/2019\/04\/2019_04B_Non-Admin-Transmittal.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"958\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Review and Approval Workflow &#8211; Initiate from Search Results<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Now users can initiate a Review workflow directly from the search results page.\u00a0 This includes the ability select documents from multiple folders when initiating a review.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1676\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/127\/2019\/04\/Search-and-Review-April-B-2019.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"958\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Issue Management &#8211; Type and Sub-type usability enhancement<\/h3>\n<p>In response to customer feedback, we have streamlined the issue creation user experience.\u00a0 Instead of requiring project team members to enter both the &#8220;Type&#8221; and &#8220;Sub-type&#8221; for an issue, they now only need to enter the Sub-type.\u00a0 Both Type and Sub-type are captured for dashboards and reports.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1674\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/127\/2019\/04\/Issue-Type-Subtype-Change-April-25-2019.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"958\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>BIM 360 Android and iOS updates<\/h3>\n<p>The recently updated BIM 360 Android app, <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.autodesk.bim360.docs&amp;hl=en_US\">version 2.10<\/a>, delivers an improved model navigation experience.\u00a0 The &#8220;first person&#8221;
