The issue settings can be set at the template level, section level as well as the item level as highlighted in the video below.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1781\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/127\/2019\/07\/AutoCreateIssue.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1728\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Checklist Template:<\/h5>\n<p>A checklist template can have pre-defined issue settings which apply to all issues which are generated within that checklist. This covers issues which are automatically generated along with those that are manually generated.<\/p>\n<p>The following attributes of an issue can be set at the template level:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Issue Type<\/li>\n<li>Assignee<\/li>\n<li>Issue Owner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ability to define if an issue should be automatically generated or not for non-conforming items is also an option for the template in its entirety.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1779 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/127\/2019\/07\/Picture1-1024x902.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"564\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/127\/2019\/07\/Picture1-1024x902.png 1024w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/127\/2019\/07\/Picture1-300x264.png 300w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/127\/2019\/07\/Picture1-768x676.png 768w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/127\/2019\/07\/Picture1.png 1258w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This allows the checklist template creator to rest assured that every issue which is generated from this checklist has the issue settings which were pre-defined promoting better data quality.<\/p>\n<h5>Checklist Template Section:<\/h5>\n<p>As checklist templates can have multiple sections, the capability to further define the issue settings per section is also available. In this case it makes it easy to support those checklists where each section should result in a different issue type or have a different assignee.
