{"id":2884,"date":"2021-11-16T17:47:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-16T17:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/?p=2884"},"modified":"2021-11-17T17:10:50","modified_gmt":"2021-11-17T17:10:50","slug":"insight-updates-november-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/bim360-release-notes\/2021\/11\/16\/insight-updates-november-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Insight Updates &#8211; November 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Within the Insight module we had 4 updates this month to the Dashboard tool:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dashboards Permission Changes (going live December 1<sup>st<\/sup>)<\/li>\n<li>Send Dashboard as Reports<\/li>\n<li>Unified Account Level UI Enhancements<\/li>\n<li>Additional Partner Cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dashboards Permission Changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>On December 1<sup>st<\/sup> we are going to be adding the ability for both Project Admins and Account Admins to control viewing of Insight dashboard cards. Rather than automatically exposing the default Insight dashboards to all project members, this release will limit the visibility of these default dashboards to only Account or Project Admins.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to this release all project members were exposed to the preset dashboards and Project Admins could not limit the visibility if there were project members that should not have access to certain cards. A great example of this is if a general contractor wanted to share a dashboard view with an owner who did not have an account. This broadens visibility into project data and allows teams to create custom dashboards and easily share relevant views.
