The Autodesk Community team aims to improve diversity and inclusion in the customer community.  The Autodesk Community should be a welcoming, safe and easily accessible place for everyone to get the expertise they need to make anything.  To this end, earlier this year, we formed a small task force to look at ways we could encourage diversity and inclusion in the Autodesk Community.

The first project that we undertook was what we called Spotlight Series, Women in STEAM.  This was a virtual interview with three of our Expert Elites who are women working in the engineering field, primarily in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry (AEC).  All three of our special guests were also members of the Autodesk Expert Elite program. I got to play co-host alongside our Russian Community Manager, Lena Talkhina.  Our three special guests were Kati Mercier, Purvi Gandhi Irwin, and Stacey Morykin.

The link in the paragraph above will take you to the recording of this session as well as a brief summary of the highlights.  It was a pleasure to be a part of this discussion, and I hope that you enjoy it as much as we all did.
