Schools, Colleges, and Universities will all be soon in session as we start a new academic year. A new academic year ultimately means renewing your eligibility and product access for your Autodesk Education account. This is also the time of year when tempers rise as everyone is trying to renew their licenses, and they need them NOW.

This year we are hosting The Back to School Special with weekly sessions loaded with support, tips, and tricks – whether this is your first or tenth year.

Sessions available this year:

The Back to School Office Hours will allow you to get your answers quickly as we’ll be online and dedicated to answering your burning questions.

Our Get Set! Sessions will be a live demo from square one as we provide you with the tips to get started and through eligibility and the tricks to avoid common pitfalls and even solve a few yourself!

Finally, SupportDesk are our live sessions where we’ll be answering questions sent directly to us as well as answering your questions live and during the session.

We hope this mixture of formats allows you to ask your questions and get a quick response. I can’t promise miracles, but we will do our best to get you designing sooner and away from account admin.
