On May 8th we unveiled the first set of capabilities of Autodesk Forma, the industry cloud that will unify workflows across the teams that design, build and operate the built environment. We’ve been delighted by the overwhelmingly positive response from customers, who are already taking advantage of Forma’s automations and AI-powered insights for early-stage planning.
One month later, in June, we brought together the Autodesk Forma team and members of the industry community to celebrate this milestone at our launch party in the Autodesk Gallery, San Francisco. At the event, Arcadis and NBBJ, renowned organizations in the industry, shared their experiences of adopting Forma and how it has transformed their planning process. They highlighted the advantages of detailed and instantaneous analyses, empowering them to deliver better outcomes with a strong emphasis on sustainability. We also heard many attendees express their excitement for Forma’s fluid integration with Revit, as well as extensions with TestFit and ShapeDiver.
At the event we also launched the Forma Design Contest, where you can showcase your skills and design a project, with the opportunity to win prizes up to the value of $3000 (terms and conditions apply). Learn more about the contest here.
