Hello World! My name is Adam Peter and I’m a Customer Success Engineer with Autodesk focusing on Data Management for Infrastructure companies around the world. Now, you may say to yourself, “What does data management mean and why do I need it? I already have a solid naming structure for all my files and all my users know what folders to browse to find all their files”. Well, my role is to help identify ways to enhance your data experience by utilizing design products like Civil 3D together with Data Management products like Vault Professional and Buzzsaw. Benefits like better managing Civil 3D objects like surfaces, alignments and profiles, creating workflow for projects and files that can be tracked and reported or managing data when external partners are involved.
Over the next months I’ll be posting periodically so please feel free to ask questions, engage in conversation and provide feedback.
