Last night we held the first user group in Manchester (UK) for Civil 3D.
This is an independent group that is forming and we held the first meeting last night to a great attendance.
We had presentations from
BIM4Infrastructure: Design behind the mode by Jonathan Wheatley of Capita
BIM, Standards and Civil 3D – bringing it all together by Dave Bosworth of Excitech
and also myself with Tips, tricks and updates
Was great to meet with the dedicated followers and those that want to share best practice.
Also to progress BIM for Infrastructure as a process and provide better deliverables and data from their design work
Was also just to catch up with colleagues I have worked with in my past and grab a pint
