Product Support were asked recently if Plant 3D can create curved structural railings. Unfortunately it can't, railings can only be created in straight line segments.
If curved railing must be used in your model then they need to be manually created using standard AutoCAD functionality.
A suggestion for curved railing functionality has been added to the Idea Station, so if it is something you'd like to see in a future release of Plant vote it up!
