I am originally from India and have spent the last 10 years living abroad in Europe & East Asia, Got my masters in Mechatronics Engineering in Germany. I now work in Autodesk as a Knowledge domain expert. In my recent professional career, I have been involved in various fields designing and analysing in the field of bio mechanics, Alternative fuels and so on.

I do have a life other than the technology – I am passionate about horticulture and have a mini flower garden in my home! I also enjoy travelling and have a dream of visiting all the world wonders (a few more to go..) and like to listen to Indian folk music.

Dan Scales

Dan studied Construction at Sheffield Hallam University and Building Surveying at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh. Joining Autodesk in 2000, Dan has provided support for a wide variety of Autodesk products and has been supporting Plant and P&ID since the very first releases. Prior to joining Autodesk, Dan gained experience working as a design draftsman for a number of consulting engineers in and around Edinburgh. Outside of work Dan enjoys riding motorcycles, road bikes and mountain bikes.
