Late last week at Autodesk University<\/a> in Tokyo, the company announced that Fusion 360<\/a> is now available in Japanese.<\/p>\n

Fusion 360 brings CAD, CAM, CAE, collaboration and data management together in the cloud. It\u2019s an integrated, connected, and accessible product innovation platform built for the new ways products are being designed and made.<\/p>\n

The Japanese version of Fusion 360 includes recently announced<\/a> simulation capabilities, allowing users to optimize their designs with linear static analysis and modal frequencies analysis. Now that simulation is directly integrated within the design workflow, users can reach validation more quickly with fewer iterations and costly revisions.<\/p>\n

\u201cAutodesk has stuck to its promise with Fusion 360\u2014to listen to the user community. Outside of the US, Japan is the second largest market for Fusion 360, so it is important that we deliver you the best possible experience\u201d said Chris Bradshaw, Chief Marketing Officer at Autodesk, when he announced the news to attendees at Autodesk University Japan.<\/p>\n

Fusion 360 comes to Japan with collaboration capabilities through its tight integration with Autodesk A360<\/a>, also now available in Japanese.<\/p>\n

Fusion 360 is $300\/year (\uffe535,640), and is always free to students, educators, hobbyists and start-ups.*\u00a0Autodesk Product Design Suite<\/a>\u00a0subscription customers in Japan (and elsewhere) have free access to Fusion 360 as part of their subscription entitlements.<\/p>\n
