His task? The harmonious integration of the digital and the physical in every structure they make.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Digital from the drop. <\/strong>The whole BIM thing\u2014it really does make a difference. Ask Andy Leek of St. Louis-based construction firm PARIC. He <a href=\"https:\/\/www.engineering.com\/BIM\/ArticleID\/16334\/How-Can-a-Firm-Digitize-Construction-Ask-PARIC.aspx\">explains to Engineering.com<\/a> how they\u2019ve boosted efficiency, reduced clashes and change orders, and streamlined collaboration since going digital every step of the way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cThe AEC industry for the longest time didn\u2019t have all the tools that we really needed in an integrated [technology] platform.
