Photo-editing tools like Pixlr\u00ae are changing the way people personalize their photos, showcase their creativity, and share their memories with friends, family and even strangers.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why we\u2019re excited to announce the launch of Snap, Style & Share<\/em><\/a>,  <\/strong><\/em>an online design competition that provides the perfect platform to express artistic style, skill and creativity.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants simply snap<\/strong> a photo of something that embodies exceptional design, style<\/strong> it using Autodesk\u2019s Pixlr\u00ae Express app<\/a> \u2013 a free*, powerful and easy-to-use photo editing tool \u2013 and share <\/strong>the creation with peers to garner votes that can help competitors move their way the finals. Once there, a panel of six prestigious judges from the fields of art, design and photography will review the final entries and determine the winners of Snap, Style & Share <\/em>based on the ingenuity, creativity, visual impact and skill of their entry.  <\/p>\n

The competition is open to youth between the ages of 13 to 24 years old in over 20 countries in the US and Canada, EMEA, Latin America and APAC<\/a>.  Top prize winners will have their photo displayed at the Autodesk Gallery<\/a> in San Francisco and viewed by millions of readers of the Pixlr blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Snap, Style & Share<\/em> illustrates Autodesk\u2019s commitment to helping students to imagine, design, and create a better world by supporting their creativity with access to free Autodesk technology.  With a full portfolio of personal design and professional-grade products, Autodesk introduces students and educators at all levels, to design and the power of design technology, providing a path to careers as professional designers or to being lifelong design hobbyists.<\/p>\n
