A tecnologia tem sempre transformado a maneira como as coisas s\u00e3o feitas e tem aberto oportunidades para determinar e moldar o nosso futuro.<\/p>\n<p>BIM do acr\u00f4nimo em ingl\u00eas Building Information Modeling (Modelagem da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o) \u00e9 uma metodologia consagrada que vem desde meados dos anos 2000 at\u00e9 hoje evoluindo em velocidade exponencial, dando assim, aos projetistas, as construtoras e aos operadores de obras sejam elas de edifica\u00e7\u00f5es ou de infraestrutura uma grande ferramenta para serem mais produtivos e eficazes.<\/p>\n<p>O BIM tem demonstrado ao longo dos anos uma grande ferramenta que traz grande produtividade as a\u00e7\u00f5es de projeto e planejamento, segundo a empresa de consultoria Ernest Young, mostrou em um relat\u00f3rio<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ey.com\/Publication\/vwLUAssets\/EY_Estudo_Produtividade_na_Construcao_Civil\/$FILE\/Estudo_Real_Estate.pdf\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a>, mostrando que as empresas brasileiras mais produtivas no de 2014, citaram nominalmente o uso de ferramentas BIM como sendo um dos motivos do sucesso e uma grande alavanca de produtividade.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3316\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2018\/03\/001-1024x618.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"386\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2018\/03\/001-1024x618.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2018\/03\/001-300x181.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2018\/03\/001-768x463.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2018\/03\/001.jpg 1688w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Figura 1 &#8211; Projeto de duplica\u00e7\u00e3o da MT-251 dentro do Autodesk Infraworks<a href=\"https:\/\/gallery.autodesk.com\/infraworks360\/projects\/28772\/re-urbanization-and-duplication-of-highway-mt-251---brazil?searched=\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Outros s\u00e3o dados que est\u00e3o sendo gerados por empresas e \u00f3rg\u00e3o de governo que utilizam o BIM em seus processos demonstrando o grande retorno no investimento, que a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o desta metodologia gera, tendo em alguns casos, economia entre 8% a 22%<a href=\"http:\/\/www.au.pini.com.br\/arquitetura-urbanismo\/208\/vale-a-pena-migrar-224372-1.aspx\"><sup>3<\/sup><\/a><sup>,<\/sup><a href=\"http:\/\/bimontherocks.com\/is-the-extra-work-worth-it-quantifying-bim-for-infrastructure-roi\/\"><sup>4<\/sup><\/a><sup>,<\/sup><a href=\"http:\/\/www.enr.com\/articles\/41758-bim-could-save-money-in-an-infrastructure-building-surge\"><sup>5<\/sup><\/a> no valor incialmente or\u00e7ado para a obra. Em muitos casos o tempo de projeto e execu\u00e7\u00e3o tem redu\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 33% do tempo, erros em documenta\u00e7\u00e3o foram diminu\u00eddos em 33%, diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de 38% nas reclama\u00e7\u00f5es ap\u00f3s a entrega da obra ao cliente e redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 44% nas atividades de retrabalhos, valores vindos de acordo com pesquisas realizadas pela consultoria McGraw-Hill<a href=\"https:\/\/www.construction.com\/toolkit\/reports\/the-business-value-of-BIM-for-infrastructure-2017\"><sup>5<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tendo em vistas estas evidentes vantagens \u00f3rg\u00e3os, como SINFRA do Mato Grosso, lan\u00e7ou um edital solicitando projetos de estradas em BIM<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sinfra.mt.gov.br\/-\/8452919-mt-e-o-1-estado-do-brasil-a-lancar-edital-de-projetos-em-3d-para-rodovias\"><sup>6<\/sup><\/a>, e o DNIT que desde agosto de 2017 tem a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do BIM para objetivo estrat\u00e9gico<a href=\"http:\/\/gestaoestrategica.dnit.gov.br\/estrategia\/iniciativas-estrategicas\/Portarian2112Iniciativase2113ComitEstratgicode171117.pdf\"><sup>7<\/sup><\/a>, al\u00e9m de governos inteiros est\u00e3o voltados em implantar e exigir o uso destas metodologias em suas obras, tais como Inglaterra<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bdcmagazine.com\/uk-government-mandate-bim-2016\/\"><sup>8<\/sup><\/a>, Chile<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sindusconsp.com.br\/seminario-bim-representante-do-plano-bim-no-chile-fala-da-experiencia-de-implantacao-da-ferramenta-no-pais\/\"><sup>9<\/sup><\/a>, Estados Unidos<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalbimstandard.org\/\"><sup>10<\/sup><\/a>, Alemanha<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bimplus.co.uk\/news\/german-government-set-mandate-bim-transport-projec\/\"><sup>11<\/sup><\/a>, entre outros. Um adendo, no exemplo da Alemanha, eles adotaram o BIM de forma obrigat\u00f3ria, somente para infraestruturas de transporte, pois acreditam que os benef\u00edcios s\u00e3o maiores e ating\u00edveis de forma mais r\u00e1pida quando aplicados para este tipo de empreendimento. A continuidade desta informa\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo do ciclo de vida de um projeto \u00e9 fundamental para o cumprimento dos valores e do sucesso de um projeto baseado em BIM.
