O projeto conectar\u00e1 a rodovia ao estado vizinho Sabah e reduzir\u00e1 o tempo de viagem em Sarawak, enquanto abre novas oportunidades econ\u00f4micas para o estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Atualmente, o principal sistema de rodovias de Sarawak \u00e9 uma \u00fanica estrada de duas pistas, que tem m\u00e1 fama por sua p\u00e9ssima condi\u00e7\u00e3o em alguns trechos. O projeto de duas fases elevar\u00e1 a rodovia a uma via dupla de 4 pistas e prolongar\u00e1 a rodovia para 1.060 km. O projeto tamb\u00e9m envolve a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de muitas pontes para travessias de rios e passarelas para pedestres, al\u00e9m de trevos e abrigos de \u00f4nibus ao longo de toda a extens\u00e3o da rodovia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">O projeto come\u00e7ou em 2015 e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da fase 1, com 765 km, est\u00e1 em andamento. A conclus\u00e3o da fase 1 est\u00e1 prevista para meados de 2021. Para atender ao curto prazo de entrega, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os 11 contratos deve ser realizada simultaneamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Assim sendo, o projeto integral requer uma significativa coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de 11 projetos diferentes e 11 constru\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes. Al\u00e9m disso, os projetos de todos os trechos da rodovia tinham que ser coordenados com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es existentes da rodovia atual e nas paisagens circundantes. E os esfor\u00e7os da equipe de projeto tamb\u00e9m devem ser coordenados, incluindo o cliente, as 20 empresas que garantiram os contratos de obras e muitos outros subcontratados e consultores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Com esse extraordin\u00e1rio n\u00edvel de coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, seria muito dif\u00edcil cumprir o cronograma agressivo do projeto usando a entrega tradicional de projetos em 2D. Portanto \u2014 e de acordo com os esfor\u00e7os do governo da Mal\u00e1sia para simplificar e modernizar a ind\u00fastria de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do pa\u00eds \u2014 o BIM est\u00e1 sendo usado durante todo o projeto.<\/p>\n<h2>Entrega Integrada do Projeto BIM<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span title=\"\">Uma plataforma de software integrada entre GIS e Autodesk BIM e solu\u00e7\u00f5es de captura de realidade suporta o desenvolvimento e a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da estrada de Pan Borneo de Sarawak.<\/span> <span title=\"\">A integra\u00e7\u00e3o dessas tecnologias est\u00e1 ajudando os interessados no projeto a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span title=\"\">Minimizar erros e discrep\u00e2ncias durante o projeto;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span title=\"\">Gerenciar os esfor\u00e7os de constru\u00e7\u00e3o para mitigar o risco;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span title=\"\">Criar modelos <em>as-built<\/em> e um sistema de dados centralizado para opera\u00e7\u00f5es e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Modelagem de Projetos<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span title=\"\">Durante o projeto, as equipes usaram o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/recap\/overview\">ReCap<\/a> para converter dados de nuvens de pontos que capturaram as condi\u00e7\u00f5es existentes da rodovia e seus arredores por meio da fotogrametria feita por LiDAR <\/span><span title=\"\">e drone.<\/span> <span title=\"\">O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/infraworks\/overview\">InfraWorks<\/a> foi usado para gerar representa\u00e7\u00f5es e anima\u00e7\u00f5es de modelos 3D de alta qualidade durante os est\u00e1gios preliminares do projeto.<\/span> <span title=\"\">A conex\u00e3o entre as solu\u00e7\u00f5es da Autodesk e os dados GIS ajudou a equipe\u00a0<\/span>de projeto a se manter informada durante seu trabalho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span title=\"\">O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com.br\/products\/civil-3d\/overview\">Civil 3D<\/a> foi usado para o projeto detalhado da rodovia.<\/span> <span title=\"\">O software ajudou a criar submontagens de se\u00e7\u00f5es transversais personalizadas que se ajustam automaticamente \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es atualizadas <\/span>do modelo<span title=\"\"> do terreno.<\/span>\u00a0<span title=\"\">O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com.br\/products\/revit\/overview\">Revit<\/a> foi usado para projetar as estruturas do projeto e seus sistemas mec\u00e2nicos e el\u00e9tricos.<\/span> <span title=\"\">O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/dynamo-studio\/overview\">Dynamo<\/a> permitiu que a equipe gerasse scripts param\u00e9tricos para estender os recursos de modelagem do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com.br\/products\/civil-3d\/overview\">Civil 3D<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com.br\/products\/revit\/overview\">Revit<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span title=\"\">A equipe do projeto agora usa o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com.br\/products\/navisworks\/overview\">Navisworks<\/a> para combinar modelos de diferentes formatos em um \u00fanico modelo de projeto.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Este modelo\/plataforma permite a detec\u00e7\u00e3o de interfer\u00eancias em 3D e o planejamento e simula\u00e7\u00e3o da constru\u00e7\u00e3o 4D \u2014 dando \u00e0 equipe uma melhor compreens\u00e3o de problemas de projeto.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Resultados<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span title=\"\">A rodovia Pan Borneo de Sarawak \u00e9 o primeiro projeto de transporte da Mal\u00e1sia a adotar plenamente o uso do BIM e suas tecnologias complementares.<\/span> <span title=\"\">A constru\u00e7\u00e3o geral do projeto est\u00e1 aproximadamente 35% completa e o uso do BIM est\u00e1 gerando resultados empolgantes para a ind\u00fastria de constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Mal\u00e1sia.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span title=\"\">As detec\u00e7\u00f5es de interfer\u00eancias de rotina e a capacidade de comparar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es de projeto com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais do local antes do in\u00edcio da constru\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o reduzindo as discrep\u00e2ncias de projeto e os custos de retrabalho.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span title=\"\">A coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o baseadas em modelos est\u00e3o ajudando as partes interessadas a entender melhor as quest\u00f5es de projeto e constru\u00e7\u00e3o, o que leva a uma melhor tomada de decis\u00f5es e a uma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o mais r\u00e1pida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span title=\"\">Um ambiente de dados comum e compartilhado ajuda as partes interessadas a reunir, coletar e compartilhar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es mais recentes sobre o projeto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span title=\"\">O agendamento de projetos baseado em modelos e informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre ativos proporcionam melhor visibilidade para todas as partes interessadas e digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o na infraestrutura \u00e9 inevit\u00e1vel.<\/span> <span title=\"\">A Rodovia Pan Borneo de Sarawak \u00e9 uma &#8220;hist\u00f3ria em forma\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, pois \u00e9 o
