Foi idealizado um projeto de passagem inferior (PI), ou seja, um greide passando por baixo de uma rodovia existente. No entanto, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de drenagem projetada para essa PI previa uma galeria com diversas especificidades, incompat\u00edvel com as se\u00e7\u00f5es transversais padr\u00f5es disponibilizadas no Autodesk Civil 3D.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4078\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2020\/03\/PerfilDrenagem-2-300x116.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"866\" height=\"335\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2020\/03\/PerfilDrenagem-2-300x116.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2020\/03\/PerfilDrenagem-2-1024x395.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2020\/03\/PerfilDrenagem-2-768x296.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2020\/03\/PerfilDrenagem-2-1536x592.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2020\/03\/PerfilDrenagem-2.jpg 1689w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 866px) 100vw, 866px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ao observar o perfil longitudinal da galeria, percebe-se que a mesma possui trechos com degraus e trechos retil\u00edneos em concreto, inclusive cont\u00e9m trechos de tubula\u00e7\u00e3o met\u00e1lica. A se\u00e7\u00e3o da galeria mudaria de largura ao longo do alinhamento. Al\u00e9m disso, a por\u00e7\u00e3o fechada da galeria seria composta por uma base retil\u00ednea, e um topo inclinado. Como poder\u00edamos, ent\u00e3o, atingir o objetivo de projeto?<\/p>\n<p>Para esse problema, n\u00f3s optamos por seccionar o corredor dessa galeria em regi\u00f5es, e desenvolver tr\u00eas se\u00e7\u00f5es, uma<br \/>\npara cada trecho e exig\u00eancia de dimensionamento. Identificamos estas se\u00e7\u00f5es como:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Galeria Aberta;<br \/>\n&#8211; Galeria Retangular; e<br \/>\n&#8211; Tubo.<\/p>\n<p>As se\u00e7\u00f5es foram desenvolvidas com o Autodesk Subassembly Composer (SAC), e podem ser encontradas no final dessa publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nUma das principais preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es durante a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da l\u00f3gica das se\u00e7\u00f5es, foi o estabelecimento de pontos parametrizados<br \/>\nque seguiriam os alvos projetados no Civil 3D, de maneira tal a n\u00e3o perder as caracter\u00edsticas intr\u00ednsecas \u00e0 se\u00e7\u00e3o como<br \/>\ntopo em rampa e base reta. No trecho com degraus, a espessura da galeria deveria ser aumentada para compreender a laje de<br \/>\ntopo e a base na regi\u00e3o do espelho do degrau.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4079\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2020\/03\/TrechoDegraus-1-300x219.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"721\" height=\"526\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2020\/03\/TrechoDegraus-1-300x219.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2020\/03\/TrechoDegraus-1-1024x748.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2020\/03\/TrechoDegraus-1-768x561.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/mundoaec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/84\/2020\/03\/TrechoDegraus-1.jpg 1300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 721px) 100vw, 721px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da parametriza\u00e7\u00e3o para que a se\u00e7\u00e3o acompanhasse os alvos designados no Civil 3D, o n\u00edvel de detalhe solicitado no projeto era tal que o detalhe interior chanfrado da galeria deveria ser preservado.
