Para que voc\u00ea pode usar a an\u00e1lise de ru\u00eddo detalhada?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste caso, temos um terreno e precisamos de uma certa quantidade de \u00e1rea de solo com baixo ru\u00eddo para atender aos requisitos regulat\u00f3rios espec\u00edficos. O local tamb\u00e9m fica pr\u00f3ximo ao centro da cidade, ent\u00e3o desejamos garantir uma boa qualidade de vida para maximizar o valor de cada unidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assim, usando a an\u00e1lise de ru\u00eddo, vamos procurar criar \u00e1reas de solo verde e garantir que todos os apartamentos tenham pelo menos uma fachada verde. Na imagem abaixo, voc\u00ea pode ver duas propostas de design diferentes para o local, com \u00e1rea de constru\u00e7\u00e3o igual. Se assumirmos que a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o determina que os apartamentos devem ter um &#8220;lado tranquilo&#8221; e que as \u00e1reas externas privadas devem estar dentro dos n\u00edveis &#8220;verdes&#8221; de ru\u00eddo, n\u00e3o podemos construir apartamentos de dois lados e metade do p\u00e1tio n\u00e3o seria considerada como espa\u00e7os ao ar livre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qualidade-de-vida\">Qualidade de vida<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Em geral, sugere-se que todos os apartamentos tenham pelo menos uma fachada voltada para uma \u00e1rea verde com um n\u00edvel de ru\u00eddo baixo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para resolver isso, poder\u00edamos considerar mover o pr\u00e9dio para longe da fonte de ru\u00eddo ou mudar a fun\u00e7\u00e3o para comercial para essa \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica. Tamb\u00e9m poder\u00edamos considerar alterar o terreno ou construir uma parede de ru\u00eddo para proteger os moradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na proposta \u00e0 direita, escolhemos um terceiro caminho movendo um grande volume que costumava estar no lado norte para o lado sul do terreno. Isso cria uma parede de ru\u00eddo em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 estrada e fecha o p\u00e1tio, melhorando dramaticamente a qualidade de vida. Como o volume do pr\u00e9dio \u00e9 aproximadamente o mesmo, ele n\u00e3o compromete o valor do terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-interpretacao-dos-resultados-da-analise-de-ruido-detalhada\">3. Interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados da an\u00e1lise de ru\u00eddo detalhada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Abaixo, voc\u00ea ver\u00e1 um resultado t\u00edpico de uma an\u00e1lise de ru\u00eddo. As cores nas fachadas dos pr\u00e9dios e na \u00e1rea do solo ilustram os n\u00edveis de ru\u00eddo calculados em decib\u00e9is (dB(A)). Na parte inferior da janela, uma barra mostra o n\u00edvel de dB(A) para cada tonalidade de cor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simplificando, verde significa silencioso, vermelho significa barulhento e amarelo significa algo intermedi\u00e1rio. Simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o de edif\u00edcios 3D<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como descrevemos em nossa <a href=\"https:\/\/help.autodeskforma.com\/en\/articles\/7833234-the-technology-behind-the-noise-analysis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">documenta\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica<\/a>, usamos um framework chamado CNOSSOS para calcular o ru\u00eddo do tr\u00e1fego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Embora seja um framework de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o, ele s\u00f3 \u00e9 definido para operar com uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o simples da geometria original. Em resumo, os c\u00e1lculos de ru\u00eddo assumem que o mundo \u00e9 &#8220;2.5 dimensional&#8221;, de modo que cada posi\u00e7\u00e3o no plano tem uma \u00fanica altura. Em outras palavras, espa\u00e7o aberto n\u00e3o pode existir sob outra geometria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o custo computacional depende muito do n\u00edvel de detalhe incorporado ao modelo. Nosso objetivo \u00e9 manter a forma geral do pr\u00e9dio, mas remover o m\u00e1ximo de detalhes poss\u00edvel e garantir que o edif\u00edcio seja adequado para an\u00e1lise ac\u00fastica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-a-simplificacao-e-abordada\">Como a simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 abordada <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Existem algumas considera\u00e7\u00f5es a ter em mente ao avaliar o ru\u00eddo em edif\u00edcios complexos que foram simplificados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-espaco-vazio-sob-outra-geometria-e-preenchido\">Espa\u00e7o vazio sob outra geometria \u00e9 preenchido <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Como mencionado anteriormente, as an\u00e1lises de ru\u00eddo n\u00e3o permitem espa\u00e7o vazio sob geometrias. Consequentemente, preenchemos todos os espa\u00e7os vazios com massa de constru\u00e7\u00e3o ao simplificar. Isso \u00e9 evidente no exemplo acima, onde h\u00e1 um &#8220;t\u00fanel&#8221; sob um dos pr\u00e9dios centrais. Na vers\u00e3o simplificada, esses t\u00faneis s\u00e3o removidos. Al\u00e9m disso, varandas anexadas aos lados dos pr\u00e9dios t\u00eam o espa\u00e7o por baixo preenchido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um exemplo ainda mais claro \u00e9 ilustrado no modelo da Torre Eiffel a seguir, onde est\u00e1 claro que as amplas quantidades de ar desapareceram. Por outro lado, os resultados diretos na fachada s\u00e3o geralmente mais altos do que na vida real, j\u00e1 que a geometria simplificada \u00e9 maior e as fachadas est\u00e3o mais pr\u00f3ximas da fonte de ru\u00eddo. Al\u00e9m disso, o pr\u00e9dio simplificado refletir\u00e1 mais ru\u00eddo, levando a resultados conservadores no solo entre a estrada e o pr\u00e9dio tamb\u00e9m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pequenos-detalhes-superficies-inclinadas-e-bordas-afiadas-nao-sao-preservados\">Pequenos detalhes, superf\u00edcies inclinadas e bordas afiadas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o preservados <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pequenos detalhes e bordas afiadas ser\u00e3o perdidos durante o processo de simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Como mostrado abaixo, objetos como postes de luz e cadeiras s\u00e3o ignorados ou incorporados a um volume adjacente maior. Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o deseja que esses recursos afetem a an\u00e1lise de ru\u00eddo, nossa dica \u00e9 criar uma vers\u00e3o do seu modelo que os exclua e importar o pr\u00e9dio simplificado em vez disso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Superf\u00edcies inclinadas, como o telhado deste caf\u00e9 no exemplo, s\u00e3o substitu\u00eddas por um padr\u00e3o de escada, pois todas as superf\u00edcies devem ser horizontais ou verticais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, observe que, se voc\u00ea tiver algo como telas de ru\u00eddo finas em seu modelo de pr\u00e9dio, h\u00e1 uma baixa probabilidade de que elas sejam mantidas. No caso acima, o modelo de pr\u00e9dio importado inclui muitos detalhes que na verdade n\u00e3o fazem parte do pr\u00e9dio e n\u00e3o devem atuar como barreiras de ru\u00eddo. Como a vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o normalmente \u00e9 ignorada ao calcular o ru\u00eddo do tr\u00e1fego, \u00e9 importante ter em mente que essas geometrias levar\u00e3o a n\u00edveis de ru\u00eddo conservadores atr\u00e1s delas. Por enquanto, n\u00e3o temos como identificar quais partes da malha importada devem ser ignoradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-manuseio-de-geometrias-finas\">5. Manuseio de geometrias finas <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Geometrias com menos de 0,5 metros podem ter a tend\u00eancia de &#8220;vazar&#8221;. Isso \u00e9 feito puxando a fachada onde a sali\u00eancia est\u00e1 para o n\u00edvel do solo.
