With Usage Report, you\u2019ll be able to view all your users\u2019 product usage on one page, whether they are on subscriptions or Flex. The new Usage Report will be available to all admins on all plans.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the reporting section of your account, you\u2019ll see a snapshot of important details for both subscriptions and Flex, such as:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The total number of subscriptions for your team(s)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of active or inactive users&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of Flex tokens used and remaining&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The monthly average of Flex tokens being used&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This will help you save time by having a single report with usage across Flex and subscriptions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"804\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/technology-manager-community\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/155\/2023\/02\/01\/Screen-Shot-2023-02-01-at-8.52.03-AM-1024x804.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20482\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/technology-manager-community\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/155\/2023\/02\/01\/Screen-Shot-2023-02-01-at-8.52.03-AM-1024x804.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/technology-manager-community\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/155\/2023\/02\/01\/Screen-Shot-2023-02-01-at-8.52.03-AM-300x236.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/technology-manager-community\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/155\/2023\/02\/01\/Screen-Shot-2023-02-01-at-8.52.03-AM-768x603.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.autodesk.com\/technology-manager-community\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/155\/2023\/02\/01\/Screen-Shot-2023-02-01-at-8.52.03-AM.jpg 1444w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Scrolling down, you can also see a list of users displayed with at-a-glance summaries, like what products they&#8217;re using, the average of days of use per month, or the number of Flex tokens used.
