Easier invite:\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of&nbsp;a&nbsp;fixed text box&nbsp;that requires&nbsp;additional&nbsp;manual effort,&nbsp;we\u2019re providing&nbsp;new&nbsp;invite options to make it easier for you to invite your users:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Invite one user at a time&nbsp;<\/li><li>Invite multiple users at once&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You can now copy and paste&nbsp;your invite list directly from&nbsp;Outlook or Gmail.&nbsp;<ul><li>Old format:&nbsp;Jane,&nbsp;Doe,&nbsp;Jane.Doe@email.com<\/li><li>New format:&nbsp;Jane Doe&nbsp;&lt;Jane.Doe@email.com&gt;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><em>Now available:<\/em><ul><li><strong>Bulk import:<\/strong>&nbsp;Upload a .csv file to add a large number of users at once.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Import to assign:<\/strong>&nbsp;Upload a .csv file to add and assign a large number of users at once to&nbsp;a specific&nbsp;product.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/ephub-production\/uploads%2F1589231640858-AUM+UPDATE+1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. New assign button<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To prevent accidental assigning, we have updated the assign&nbsp;capability&nbsp;from a check mark to a&nbsp;clearly labeled button. This&nbsp;change will also make it easier to&nbsp;see which products&nbsp;have&nbsp;already&nbsp;been&nbsp;assigned to the user.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/ephub-production\/uploads%2F1589231504427-Assign+User+Before+and+After.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Confirmation before changes\u00a0to\u00a0product access\u00a0are made<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Products with additional cloud services and&nbsp;add-ons,&nbsp;such as&nbsp;rendering,&nbsp;can be turned on or off for individual users.&nbsp;To prevent errors, we have added a confirmation screen that allows you to save or cancel your changes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/ephub-production\/uploads%2F1589232950347-AUM+UPDATE+3.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Update to look and feel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&nbsp;are retiring card view&nbsp;and providing user management in&nbsp;list view,&nbsp;so you can easily search and sort your users and products.
