When I make a business purchase, I expect to start benefiting from that investment quickly, which is why I sought out to find the easiest way to access my Autodesk products. Let\u2019s review my top &nbsp;3 tips to get up and running quickly with your software in Autodesk Account, so you too can get the information you need to be productive for your team. &nbsp;This cheat sheet will provide the following 3 tips:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Filter tool for easy product downloading and serial number access<\/li><li>Use bulk add to efficiently manage Users<\/li><li>Export contract number information to stay on top of your purchases<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.\u00a0Filter tool for easy product downloading and serial number access:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>After signing into your Autodesk Account, you will see your Home with a navigation panel on the left. Click&nbsp;<em>All Products &amp; Services&nbsp;<\/em>to see your list of assets.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/ephub-production\/uploads%2F1572448580362-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/ephub-production\/uploads%2F1572448595486-2.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/ephub-production\/uploads%2F1572448711357-3.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hover over a product and expand the \u201cdraw\u201d using the arrow. &nbsp;This will give you access to download the software and view serial numbers\/product keys. Download what you need and then install.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/ephub-production\/uploads%2F1572448724723-4.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Pro Admin Tip:<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp; Use the Filter tool to filter your software list by standalone, network, platform and language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Use bulk add to efficiently manage Users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click\u00a0<em>User Management<\/em>\u00a0in the Navigation Panel to see all existing users. \u00a0Click\u00a0<em>Add<\/em>\u00a0to create a user. \u00a0Click\u00a0<em>Bulk Add<\/em>\u00a0to create multiple users. \u00a0Click\u00a0<em>Edit Access<\/em>\u00a0to modify an existing user account. \u00a0Within the\u00a0<em>Edit Access<\/em>\u00a0window, place checkmarks to assign products and services to users.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/ephub-production\/uploads%2F1572448642053-5.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/ephub-production\/uploads%2F1572448769222-6.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Admin Pro Tip: <\/strong>Use and Excel spreadsheet of email addresses for each user separated by semi-colons or a Word file with the same data to add multiple users when bulk adding.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.\u00a0Export contract number information to stay on top of your purchases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In the left-hand navigation, click&nbsp;<em>Contracts<\/em>. &nbsp;Click on one to see the details. &nbsp;The details will list Contract Number, Term, Start and End Dates, etc. &nbsp;If necessary, you can export this data out as a CSV file via the \u201cExport as CSV\u201d button.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/ephub-production\/uploads%2F1572448798029-7.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/ephub-production\/uploads%2F1572448809231-8.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a ton of information within your Autodesk Account, so be sure to use these tips to access critical information.
