[Nouveauté] Découvrez les nouveautés Infra d’octobre 2022 : Civil 3D 2023.2, Subassembly Composer, Project Explorer et InfraWorks 2023.1

De nouvelles versions de Civil 3D, Subassembly Composer, Project Explorer pour Civil 3D et InfraWorks ont été publiées fin octobre 2022.

Je vous propose de passer en revue les évolutions apportées. Attention, cet article est un peu long. C’est bon signe : il y a beaucoup de choses à présenter !

Les points les plus marquants sont les transitions pour les Projets 3D et la gestion de l’affichage des étiquettes dans Civil 3D, la gestion des codes et les versions des PKT dans Subassembly Composer, l’arrivée des familles Revit dans InfraWorks en complément des composants Inventor.

Civil 3D 2023.2

Gestion des projets 3D (Corridors)

Introduction des transitions par paramètres : en plus du système des cibles, il est maitenant possible de faire varier les valeurs des paramètres des composants des profils en travers types dans la définition d’un projet 3D pour obtenir une modélisation encore plus précise et détaillée.

Une nouvelle interface « Transition du Projet 3D » qui s’affiche dans l’outil Panorama de Civil 3D permet d’ajouter des jeux de transition.

Pour ajouter un jeu de transition, il suffit de désigner le projet 3D (la ligne de base), l’élément de PT à gérer, l’abscisse de début et de fin et les valeurs souhaitées. Plusieurs éléments de PT peuvent être ajoutés avec la gestion de différents paramètres pour chacun. Et plusieurs plages peuvent être gérées pour la transition d’un paramètre d’un élément de PT. Le niveau de détail peut aller très loin, bien plus loin que ce qui est gérable avec les cibles.

Les transitions ne sont pas exclusivement linéaires. Des formes géométriques courbes sont proposées.

Les jeux de transition pevent être importés / exportés pour être rapidement répliqués d’un projet à un autre.

Cette nouvelle approche ne remplace pas les cibles, elle est complémentaire. Le calage d’un projet 3D sur des seuils de bâtiments par exemple reste bien plus efficace avec les cibles. En revanche la génération de bateaux sur des trottoirs sera bien plus simple avec des transitions paramétrées.

La création de bateau sur les trottoirs est grandement simplifiée avec les transitions de projet 3D.

Gestion des annotations (étiquettes)

Civil 3D offre un niveau de paramétrage des étiquettes dynamiques des entités inrastructure très avancées. C’est ce qui séduit beaucoup d’utilisateurs qui peuvent créer les étiquettes les plus adaptées à leurs usages au lieu de devoir s’adapter à des étiquettes prédéfinies trop rigides. Une fois enregistrées et distribuées via un gabarit, des définitions d’étiquettes personnalisées augmentent significativement la productivité. Civil 3D 2023.2 inaugure une série de fonctions liée à l’affichage et au comportement des étiquettes.

De nouvelles icônes (et commandes) apparaissent dans la barre d’état de Civil 3D (en bas à droite de l’interface) :

En combinant ces fonctionnalités il est désormais possible d’afficher / désafficher toutes les étiquettes, désactiver les étiquettes en dehors de la vue courante uniquement, ré-afficher les étiquettes lors de zooms et déplacements et gérer le mode d’affichage « niveau de détail ».

Afficher ou non tous les groupes d’étiquettes : approche la plus simple et évidente, quelles que soient les options sélectionnées parmi les choix ci-dessous, il est possible d’afficher ou non les étiquettes.

Désactiver les groupes d’étiquettes en dehors de la vue courante : pour fluidifier l’usage de Civil 3D, l’affichage des groupes d’étiquettes qui comportent du texte peut être limité à la fenêtre de travail courante. Cela signifie qu’en dézoomant ou en se déplaçant, les étiquettes en dehors de cette zone ne s’afficheront pas jusqu’à ce que l’utilisateur ré-active leur affichage.

Contrôler le niveau de détail pour l’affichage des étiquettes : un peu à l’image de l’option « niveau de détail » pour l’affichage des surfaces dans Civil 3D, cette nouvelle option permet d’alléger l’affichage des étiquettes trop denses en dézoomant et donc de garder de la fluidité et de la lisibilité.

Contrôler l’affiche des étiquettes lors d’un zoom ou déplacement : si l’affiche des étiquettes est restreint à la vue courante, cette option permet de gérer si les étiquettes en dehors doivent être affichées ou non lors d’un dézoom ou déplacement.

Espace Objet / Espace papier : la nouvelle commande AeccViewportOpt permet de gérer si les étiquettes en dehors de la fenêtre courante sont affcihées ou non dans l’espace papier.

Dessins de profils en long

Deux nouveaux styles de bandes de données pour les dessins de profils en long sont proposés avec la version 2023.2 : Proximité du point et Proximité de l’axe.

Proximité du point : cette bande affiche la distance entre les points et l’axe de différentes façons selon si elles sont en-dessous ou au-dessus de la distance d’alerte paramétrée.

Les réseaux sous pression

Connexion de réseaux sous pression à des structures de réseaux gravitaires (regards). Consulter les détails ici.

La notion de bassins versants a été déplacée de l’onglet Connexions vers le nouvel onglet Bassins versants de la boîte de dialogue « Propriétés du regard ».

Il est désormais possible d’étiqueter les canalisations sous pression connectées aux structures gravitaires grâce à un type dédié de composant de style d’étiquette.

Il est désormais possible d’ajouter des canalisations sous pression connectées aux structures gravitaires dans les tables grâce à une nouvelle option dédiée.

Il est désormais possible de créer des composants de style d’étiquette de texte pour chaque raccord et accessoire hydraulique de réseau sous pression, afin d’étiqueter les canalisations sous pression connectées.

Les raccords et accessoires hydrauliques sont désormais verrouillés sur les PI (Points d’Intersection) lors de la modification du réseau de canalisations à l’aide des poignées. Les raccords et accessoires hydrauliques sont maintenus en place par rapport à l’extrémité du tuyau qui n’est pas déplacée.

Ajout d’une nouvelle poignée coulissante aux points d’insertion des raccords et des accessoires hydrauliques. Les poignées coulissantes de chaque côté des composants ont été supprimées. La nouvelle poignée de glissement vous permet d’utiliser les accrochages aux objets pour accrocher le point d’insertion à l’emplacement souhaité.

Performances générales de Civil 3D

Depuis plusieurs années Civil 3D est également amélioré par rapport à ses performances et bénéficie du travail de fond opéré sur AutoCAD. Les améliorations notables de la version 2023.2 portent sur :

Subassembly Composer

Nouvelle boîte de dialogue pour la création des codes de points, de liens, de formes. Cette interface introduit de plus la possiblité d’importer et d’exporter les codes via CSV entre PKT !

La création de séries profils en travers types personnalisés (PKT) selon des codes spécifiques (à un projet / une équipe / un métier…) devient beaucoup plus simple. Cela accroit encore les capacités d’adaptation et de paramétrage de Civil 3D en levant la barrière des listes de codes qu’il fallait saisir pour chaque PKT.

Cette nouvelle palette est lancée depuis un nouvel onglet « Define » du menu général qui donne accès également à la palette « Define Enumeration« .

Ajout du contrôle de versions des PKT. Fonction très attendue pour faciliter l’exploitation des PKT : la possibilité de gérer des versions. Avec la modification de PKT il est à présent possible de paramétrer la notion de version pricipale et secondaire.

Une option de la boîte de dialogue « Enregistrer sous » permet d’ajouter automatiquement le numéro de version au nom du PKT.

Simplification de l’application des codes via un menu déroulant. Au lieu de saisir les codes dans chaque champs, Subassembly Composer propose à présent un menu déroulant avec une liste à cocher des codes définis (saisis ou importés via CSV). Cela réduit les risques d’erreurs de syntaxe et simplifie l’usage.

Ajout d’une fonction Rechercher / Remplacer pour gérer plus efficacement les propriétés dans les organigrammes, les codes, les énumérations et les paramètres d’un élément de profil type (PKT).

Nouveau comportement dynamique pour la définition des codes, des paramètres et des variables et leurs applications dans le PKT.
Désormais, pour chaque modification de la définition d’un code, d’un paramètre ou d’une variable il est demandé si les applications dans le PKT doivent être mises à jour ou bien détachées. Après détachement il n’y aura plus de possiblité de mise à jour.

Project Explorer 2023.2

Project Explorer pour Civil 3D est sans cesse amélioré et prend en charge toujours plus d’éléments et de paramètres.

La version 2023.2 ajoute les capacités suivantes :

Accès depuis Project Explorer aux jeux de propriétés assignés aux axes, lignes de PL, PT types, projets 3D, surfaces, lignes caractéristiques, parcelles, groupe de tabulations, points COGO, canalisations, regards, canalisatons sous pressions, équipements de réseaux sous pression, références de blocs.

Ajout des jeux de propriétés dans les jeux d’objets, les rapports, les tables AutoCAD et les feuilles de calcul.

Ajout de la prise en charge du style de mise en page pour les jeux de propriété.

Ajout de la prise en charge du filtrage du contenu des jeux de propriétés dans la fenêtre de Project Explorer, les rapports, les tables AutoCAD et les feuilles de calcul par nom de propriété, valeur de propriété ou nom de jeu de propriétés.

Ajout de la prise en charge de la modification des jeux de propriétés.

Ajout de la prise en charge des bassins versants dans la fenêtre de project Explorer et de la génération de rapports et de tableaux.

Dynamo pour Civil 3D

Mise à jour de la version de Dynamo en 2.15. Plus d’informations sont disponibles ici.

Pour faciliter l’usage, le lecteur Dynamo (Dynamo Player) et la fenêtre de l’application Dynamo peuvent désormais être appelés côte à côte.

InfraWorks 2023.1

InfraWorks 2023.1 est bien la dernière version publiée en octobre 2022. Il y a eu une version supplémentaire de Civil 3D ce qui explique le décalage de numéro de version.

Les deux principales nouveautés sont la prise en charge des familles Revit en tant que composants paramétriques et les plans de coupe.

Introduction des familles Revit dans les modélisations de ponts et de tunnels. En plus des composants paramétriques Inventor, il est à présent possible d’ajouter à la palette de composants paramétriques pour la modélisation des ponts et des tunnels des composants issus de familles Revit. Le workflow est inchangé avec les formats .RFA (Revit) par rapport aux formats .IPT ou .IAM (Inventor).

Les plans de coupe. Notion totalement nouvelle dans InfraWorks. Il est à présent possible de générer des plans de coupe par rapport à l’axe qui porte un ouvrage. L’usage est très intuitif. Le menu au clic droit sur un ouvrage offre une nouvelle entrée « Plan de délimitation ». S’il n’en existe pas le processu de création se lance. Plusieurs plans peuvent être ajoutés sur un ouvrage. Il peuvent être obliques et repositionnés perpendiculairement à l’axe à tout moment. La direction de la coupe peut être inversée et le terrain inclus ou non.

Un symbole rouge sur un ouvrage indique qu’un plan de coupe est paramétré. En cliquant sur le symbole il devient bleu et la coupe s’active. Les symboles peuvent être désactivés via le menu clic droit sur les ouvrages. C’est simple et efficace !

L’analyse des bassins versants et les optimisations ne sont plus payantes. Les calculs restent déportés sur des serveurs Cloud mais ils ne sont plus consommateurs de crédits Cloud.
