La création et la gestion des problèmes / observations est primordiale pour assurer la qualité et l’efficacité des projets, permettant ainsi une réponse rapide et adaptée aux imprévus, tout en favorisant une communication claire et un suivi rigoureux des tâches à résoudre.
Dans ce cadre, un workflow bidirectionnel existe entre la solution cloud Autodesk Docs et le logiciel Autodesk Revit permettant connecter les équipes de production efficacement pour solutionner tous les problèmes de conception.
Dans cet article, je vous présente la création de problèmes / observations ainsi que le workflow associé.
0- Prérequis :
Disposer des droits d’utilisation du logiciel Autodesk Revit 2024
Un accès à la solution cloud Autodesk Docs
Avoir installé le complément Autodesk Revit Issues 2024 via votre compte Autodesk (voir article Village BIM). À l’heure où, j’écris ce billet, le complément n’est pas encore disponible pour le logiciel Autodesk Revit 2025.
Le complément est disponible également pour les versions Revit 2022 et 2023.
1- A partir d’Autodesk Docs – création de catégories et de types problèmes :
À partir de la plateforme cloud Autodesk Docs, il est possible de créer des catégories et des types de problèmes afin de répondre au mieux à vos pratiques internes.
Dans un projet Autodesk Docs, à partir du menu « Problèmes », choisissez « Paramètres / Types »
Cliquez sur le bouton « + Créer » puis « Créer une catégorie ». Dans la fenêtre qui apparaît, renseignez le nom de la catégorie (ici « Village BIM ») ainsi que les différents types puis cliquez sur le bouton « Créer»
Résultat :
Il est possible de gérer la liste des champs qui vont apparaître dans le problème et également de créer des champs personnalisés comme montré ci-dessous :
Les champs personnalisés sont créés à partir de l’onglet qui lui est dédié (voir exemple ci-dessous)
Le cas échéant, définissez les autorisations pour chaque rôle dans l’onglet « Autorisations »
À titre d’information, voici les niveaux d’autorisation.
2- Création et affectation des problèmes / observations sur la plateforme Autodesk Docs :
La création et affectation de problèmes / observations peut être réalisée aussi bien sur des vues 3D que sur des feuilles. Dans l’exemple, je vais utiliser une vue 3D.
Une fois la vue 3D ouverte, cliquez sur le bouton « Problèmes », choisir un des types de problèmes créés précédemment et positionnez le lieu dans l’interface graphique
Automatiquement un problème est créé avec un numéro, il ne vous reste plus qu’à préciser /remplir les différents champs comme :
– Attribuer à une ou plusieurs personnes (cela va leur envoyer un courriel avec un lien URL)
Date d’échéance
Retrouvez ici l’ensemble des champs constituants un problème.
À titre d’exemple, voici le problème n°23 que je viens de créer.
3- Visualisation et modification des problèmes / observations dans Autodesk Revit 2024 :
Dans l’écran d’accueil du logiciel Autodesk Revit, cliquez sur le bouton « Autodesk Docs » et cliquer sur le fichier Revit dans le projet où vous avez créé le problème / observation.
Cliquez sur le bouton « Gérer les problèmes » depuis l’onglet « Problèmes »
Nota : si vous n’avez pas l’onglet « Problèmes », c’est que vous n’avez pas encore installé le complément (voir le chapitre 0- Prérequis de ce billet).
Résultat : dans le panneau de droite apparaît le problème n°23.
Ouvrez le problème en cliquant sur la vignette « #23 – Exemple Village BIM » pour découvrir les informations renseignées précédemment dans Autodesk Docs
Nota : la taille de la pastille est légèrement augmentée pour visualiser où se situe le problème.
Procédez à quelques modifications dans les paramètres du problème (ici, j’ai modifié le titre, changé le statut et ajouté un commentaire) puis cliquez sur le bouton « Soumettre »
Nota : dans l’interface du logiciel Autodesk Revit, il n’est pas encore possible de créer des problèmes / observations.
4- Visualisation des modifications des problèmes / observations à partir de la plateforme Autodesk Docs :
De retour sur la plateforme Autodesk Docs, si votre maquette est déjà ouverte, rafraichissez votre explorateur internet pour découvrir les modifications effectuées depuis Revit.
5- Workflows Problèmes / observation entre Autodesk Docs et Autodesk Navisworks :
Il est tout à fait possible de réaliser le workflow expliqué précédemment en remplaçant le logiciel Autodesk Revit par le logiciel Navisworks. Dans ce cas de figure, il faudra installer le complément Navisworks Coordination Issues. (Retrouvez toutes les informations mes articles Village BIM)
Contrairement au logiciel Autodesk Revit, le logiciel Navisworks permet la création de problème à partir du logiciel.
