Cette v\u00e9rification passe par le calcul de la r\u00e9sistance plastique de la section soit :<\/p>\n<p>V<sub>pl,Rd <\/sub>= \u00e9ta (Somme (H<sub>w<\/sub> x t<sub>w<\/sub>)) <\/p>\n<p>Eta est un coefficient d\u00e9fini dans la pr\u00e9sente norme \u00e9gal \u00e0 la valeur 1,00. N\u00e9anmoins, la norme NF EN 1993-1-5 chapitre 5-1-note (2) change la valeur du coefficient \u00e9ta par 1,20.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de tenir compte du changement de valeur du coefficient \u00e9ta, le logiciel Structural Analysis 2013 propose un champ \u00e9ditable permettant de modifier cette valeur.
