En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, une approbation passe par les quatre phases suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La cr\u00e9ation<\/li>\n<li>La soumission<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019activation<\/li>\n<li>La cl\u00f4ture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;Le syst\u00e8me informe les approbateurs choisis en leur envoyant des alertes par courrier \u00e9lectronique. Les approbateurs peuvent ajouter des commentaires ou poser des questions avant de prendre des d\u00e9cisions. Une fois l&#039;approbation termin\u00e9e (approuv\u00e9e ou refus\u00e9e), le propri\u00e9taire ou le r\u00e9viseur de l&#039;approbation est inform\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p>Vous trouvez ci-dessous, la cr\u00e9ation et le mode op\u00e9ratoire de l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un cycle d\u2019approbation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Etape 1 &#8211; Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un cycle d\u2019approbation :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un premier cycle d\u2019approbation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s avoir s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 le projet (ici \u00ab <em>Village BIM 360<\/em> \u00bb), cliquez sur le bouton d\u2019administration du projet \u00ab <em>Project Admin<\/em> \u00bb,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a cliquez sur le bouton \u00ab <em>Cr\u00e9er un flux de travail d\u2019approbation<\/em> \u00bb,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a protagonistes de chaque \u00e9tape ainsi que le nombre de jours correspondant au d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9ponse autoris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a &#160; &#160; &#160; o L\u2019action \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser lorsque le(s) document(s) est(sont) approuv\u00e9(s) ; le syst\u00e8me est en effet capable de copier les documents approuv\u00e9s dans un autre dossier de la plateforme, auquel les utilisateurs n\u2019ont que des droits d\u2019acc\u00e8s en lecture seule, par exemple<\/p>\n<p>&#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; o La description du cycle d\u2019approbation pour donner plus d\u2019informations aux futurs approbateurs<\/p>\n<p><a sur \u00ab <em>Soumettre pour r\u00e9vision<\/em> \u00bb (aujourd\u2019hui, ces documents doivent se trouver dans le m\u00eame dossier de la plateforme),<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape 1<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez \u00e9ventuellement une note<\/li>\n<li>Cliquez sur le bouton \u00ab <em>Envoyer<\/em> \u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a ordinateur cela ouvrira la bonne section de BIM 360 dans un navigateur internet et sur un appareil mobile cela ouvrira la bonne section de l\u2019application mobile BIM 360).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a fen\u00eatre ci-dessous, vous informe que les personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans le cycle d\u2019approbation ne pourront effectuer leurs t\u00e2ches tant que vous n\u2019avez pas effectu\u00e9 la
