Quick Tip – Creating Parts Lists

A parts list is created from a bill of materials for all specified parts. Although creating the list is simple, there are a number of additional features that can make your parts list much more valuable.

By going through your parts list and making sure each part is called out by a balloon, you can make it easier for end users to read your 2D drawing. By utilizing groups, you can also organize certain parts together to further ease reader comprehension. Learn all this and more in the short video below.
