We heard feedback from our customers that BIM 360 was missing some critical user roles. BIM 360 added 20 additional default roles as shown below. The expanded set of roles are available for new projects as well as existing projects. For a short period of time for existing projects, in Document Management, the project admin can only assign permissions to a role that has people already assigned to it. Once this limitation is removed, the admin can assign Document permissions to a role before any users have been associated with that role.
