BUDGET TOOL

• Budget Edit Mode Report Export Update – When exporting a PDF/Excel Budget report in edit mode the system will only export currently visible columns.

• Schedule of Value -Formatted Linked Budget Code – When creating a contract schedule of value (SOV) items, the SOV ID now displays formatted same as budget segment settings.

• Base Value Addition for Budget/Contract Table – New ‘total’ values available for custom column formulae enabling calculations such as a line items % of total.

• Export Update to Excel Budget/Contract Report – The formulas for each column in the budget/contract report are now displayed in the export, making it easier for recipients to understand the information.

• Auto Budget Naming – When manually adding new budgets we now auto-populate the naming of the segments from the master list—saving time if you want to utilize the default name.

CHANGE ORDER TOOL

• COR Current View Report Export – Added the ability to export a PDF/Excel Change Order Request report with the current view.

• Main contract’s variables in COR/OCO document generation – All main contract variables can now be used in COR/OCO document templates.

• SCO Number Document Generation Update – Added doc generation variable to select part of a code, for example, if the SCO codes are as follows:

• Supplier Change Order Detailed Quantity Reflected in Contract – Quantity changes due to SCOs are now detailed in the supplier contract, so both the budget and cost payment applications display correct data.

SETTINGS

• Viewpoint Vista ERP Integration – BIM 360 Cost Management can now integrate with Viewpoint Vista through Morpheus Technology Group.

• Main Contract Collaborate Permission – A new collaborate permission level for Owners. Owners with this permission can only view details related to their signed contract within the Main Contract table and flyout panel. Additional details:

• • Displayed hyperlinks will be hidden/not accessible.
  • Cannot open flyout of individual SOV items, only root item.
  • Documents can be uploaded into the attachment section in flyout.

• Document Template Excel Support – Excel document templates are now supported for the following cost management components. Templates for download will be coming soon.

• Document Template Upload Error Message – A more detailed error message to help users fix issues now displays when document templates with incorrect variables are uploaded.
