Checklist Summary XLS Report – All BIM 360 users will access to Field Management can now create a XLSX Summary Report. New xls report is organized in a more logical way and it includes new fields of overdue and progress (% complete)
The Report includes the following fields:
Status
ID
Title
Template Title
Type
Location
Signature Status
Assignee
Company
Created By
Created On
Schedule Date
Started On
Modified By
Last Updated
Completed On
Item Count
Completed Item Count
Overdue
Progress (% Complete)
Section Count
Archived
Archived By
To create the report:
Select the intended checklists
Select XLSX report from the Export dropdown
Choose the report Title and press create report
The report will be emailed to you as soon as it is ready
Daily Logs Release
Labor and Workforce Reports – All BIM 360 users will access to Field Management can now create Labor and Summary Reports from within the Daily Logs Module
To create the report:
In the Daily Logs Module, select Export Report in the top right
Select PDF or XLSX report from the drop down
For PDF report, choose if the report is grouped by Company or Date.
Option to apply additional filters of Status, Created By or Company to the report
Title the Report
Press Create Report
The report will be emailed to you as soon as it is ready
