  • New Home Page Cards
    • The Change Order Statuses card allows members to easily view the status of change orders by type and switch between viewing the count or the amount.

Budget Tool

  • Date Range Based Forecasting – In the Budget overview, members can now easily forecast resources based on actual costs and future projections. Cost Management automatically calculates the difference between planned and actual costs, allowing members to either save the difference for unexpected expenses or generate forecast adjustments. This provides a clear record of how the current budget position was reached.

  • Budget Snapshot Report Enhancement – The Budget Snapshot report export now supports the status filter selected in Cost Management.

Cost Tool

  • Payment Application Enhancements – The following enhancements have been added to payment applications.
    • Added a new column option Total Completed and Stored to Date to the Cost Payment Application overview table. Use the gear icon to turn it on/off.
    • Expand/Collapse grouping buttons have been added to the Cost Payment Application overview table. If a group is expanded and a pay app is opened, the group will stay open when a member navigates back.
    • For advance payments, members can now edit the advance payment and recoupment-related cells for all change order related payment items.
    • The payment application approval workflow configuration’s condition now supports Current Payment Due as an option to trigger the process. This is managed in Settings by an administrator.

Change Order Tool

  • Schedule Change Calculation – Schedule Change Days are now tracked in the Change Order Details section of the Main Contract Flyout. They are added to the Planned Completion date to autocalculate the Revised Completion date based on your working days settings. You can override the date if necessary with an option to recalculate.
    • When submitting a COR or OCO and entering Schedule Change Days a new Proposed Revised Completion date is calculated automatically for insertion into the document for submission. Also, Schedule Change days can now also be viewed as a new column in the change order overview tables and are visible by default.

  • Budget name variable for cost item was added to COR document template.
