Document Generation
- Document Generation Variable Finder – A new document variable finder is now available to help members easily find and understand what variables to use and preview formatting.
- Access the finder in the Settings tool in Cost (account/project administrator access required).
- Navigate to a document template section and click to edit it.
- Click Look up document variables in the upper right.
- A new window will open with the document variables related to that template.
- Expand sections, preview, and copy the necessary variables into your template.

- Document Bookmarks – If using the browser viewer for PDFs, bookmarks are now automatically created and can be used to navigate generated documents.

Budget Tool
- Budget Snapshot Report Enhancement – The Budget Snapshot report now includes a new status column showing whether an item has been Added, Changed, or Removed. Also, when exporting the report, a new option allows members to include a variance column showing the delta between snapshot versions.

- Budget Snapshot Integration State – Within the Budget Snapshots flyout, members can now see if a Snapshot has been integrated with their ERP by clicking the three-dot More menu, then selecting Integration.

- Enter Custom Attributes Directly in Budget/Contract Overview Columns – To help increase efficiency, members can now directly enter custom attribute information (except for text-type attributes) within the columns of the budget/contract overview table. This can be done without needing to switch to edit mode.
- Note: Full control, or above permission level is required.

- Multiple RFQ Recipients – In the Contract Flyout, the additional contract field for RFQ Recipient now allows multiple contacts. Also, in the RFQ flyout, the Contact field now also allows multiple contacts.
- Note: Only the first member listed will be used in document generation.

Change Order Tool
- RFQ and SCO Group/hierarchy by PCO – Added the ability for members to group by PCO option (1) or show PCO in hierarchy option (2), or both.

- Duplicate Cost Items – A new option to duplicate cost items to save time when needing to add similar items in a PCO.

- Customize Accept & Accepted terms in RFQ workflow – Within the General tab in the Settings tool of Cost Management, project administrator can now modify the two status and action terms used in RFQ workflows.


- Carry Description from PCO – The system now carries descriptions from the PCO when creating upstream and downstream change orders.
- ERP/Integration Retention Enhancements – New columns are available to track released and retained amounts per period.
- Note: The new columns are not turned on by default. Enable them using the column selector gear and add them to a saved view if necessary.

- Budget Lock Enhancement – Budget lock can now be turned off by an Account Administrator. Also, a new option has been added to prevent budget code creation in the user interface for companies that want the ERP to fully control budget item creation.
