Get the full picture on license usage
You can now see how long a user has been assigned to a product through the assigned date column in the usage report. This can help you make informed licensing decisions and identify underutilized licenses. For example, if a user has been assigned a license for several months but has not accessed the product, it might be time to reassign that license to someone who will utilize it better.
Easily differentiate between users
Managing users is now much easier. With email addresses now visible under usernames in the Usage Report, you can quickly distinguish internal team members from external collaborators, even when handling large or distributed teams. This clarity can help you avoid mix-ups and ensures smoother user management.
Save time by personalizing your reports
Do you find yourself resetting the same column preferences every time you open the usage report? With our new saved column preferences, the report automatically remembers the way you like it. Whether you prioritize group, assigned date, or last accessed, your custom view will always be ready, saving you time and keeping key data front and center.
Navigate with fewer clicks
Switching between reporting and management tasks is now more efficient. With our latest update, you can link a user’s usage to both the user management and the seat/token usage reporting pages. Say you notice unusual activity or need to adjust permissions; you can jump directly to user management to make changes. Similarly, if you need detailed usage statistics, a direct link to the seat/token usage page saves you time.
Find what you need, faster
Locating specific users in the usage report used to be time-consuming, especially for large teams. With the new user search feature, you can now filter by user with just a few clicks. For instance, if you need to check the usage stats of a specific user quickly, you can type their name or email into the search bar, and all relevant information will appear. This helps you quickly access the data you need, keeping your workflow smooth and efficient.
