View Product Assignments in the User List

A new column will show in the user list called, “Products Assigned.” This column will display a count of assigned products for each user to see at a glance which users have product access, and which do not. 

Bulk Delete

Admins will have the option to bulk delete users all at once instead of deleting users one at a time for easier user management.

Added Premium Success Services

Premium admins can now request expert coaching for workflows with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Inventor, and Fusion. Visit our site here to read more or make a request. New admin coaching topics are also available to support administrators to become more efficient and effective with Autodesk tools and reporting. 

Directory Sync (Premium and Enterprise)

You will be able to connect your organization’s directory with Autodesk’s user management platform, to automate group and product assignments

Usage Report

Usage Report is available for admins on all subscription plans. The new Usage Report allows you to see product usage from all users on one page, whether they are on subscriptions or flex. You’ll see key summaries of important information and see a list of all your users with details, like the products their using most and average days of use to compare who might be a better fit for subscriptions or Flex. You can also apply filters and export the report for further insights 

User-level reporting

Usage data will be available at a user level to better manage subscriptions and support users.

Single Sign-on Enhancements (Premium)

Making it easier to setup and maintain your SSO integration, with an easier domain registration process and improved UI and help materials.

Deployment and IT Processes

We are focused on making it easier for you to access our products and updates.

Share Packages in a Team

You will have the ability to create or move packages to or from a team or personal library and have full access to edit and download packages in Team libraries (users will only be able to see or edit their personal Custom Install or Deployment packages.)

Autodesk Access

A new application for installing and updating Autodesk desktop products, that will replace Autodesk desktop app (ADA). Autodesk Access will give admins access to updates and new features that don’t interfere with their workflows, better control over the user update experience, enhanced security and performance.
