Self-Service Team Management

You can create additional teams within Autodesk Account (which previously required assistance from Autodesk support) to separate subscriptions, usage data, and billing for each division of their organization. Organize users within each team using groups (in progress). Visit the Autodesk Knowledge Network for more information. 


Construction Cloud Products Integration with Autodesk Account

Certain construction cloud collaboration products are now integrated with your team in Autodesk Account, allowing you to view assignments in you Autodesk Account to help you track and manage your subscriptions.

Change Subscription Term Length In Account

You will be able to easily change the term length of your subscriptions from within your account (only for subscriptions purchased online in the Americas and EMEA). 

Reporting

We are constantly working to provide flexible control and insights, so you can better manage your users and business.

Inactive User Report (Premium)

Under the reporting tab, you can see a report shows which users have not used their assigned product(s) in the past 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Inactive users are those who have not used their assigned product(s) in a specific timeframe. Use is counted when a user logs into the product application within a 24-hour period.

Inactive User Insight (Premium)

Under the insights tab, see which users have not been active in the last 3 months to help manage product assignments.

Under-assigned Insight

See which products are under-assigned on your Autodesk Account home so you can make the most of your investment and utilize all your seats (only visible if you have under-assigned products). Visit the Autodesk Knowledge Network for more information.

Deployment and IT Processes

We are focused on making it easier for you to access our products and updates.

Groups

All primary and secondary admins can benefit from the ability to organize users within their team into groups. Admins can organize users with similar roles into groups (like architects or designers) to easily assign the same products and permissions to all users in that group.

Save and Edit Custom Installers

You will be able to save and manage deployment configurations in a library of deployment images. You can edit and save change to existing configurations and download new updates to the configurations.

Custom Installs

You can now pre-configure installers for custom installations on a single computer.  

Multi-Product Deployment

Expanding our Deployment tool in Account to let all Autodesk Account users install multiple products in a single deployment. This makes it easier to install products in the proper sequence, including prerequisites and add-ons. This will apply to all products included in industry collections for the 2022 releases. Learn more in blog

New Single Product Deployment Tool

Instead of downloading installer to set up deployment configuration, the cloud-based tool in Autodesk Account lets you configure custom deployment packages so you can download only what you need. Currently only available for Maya 2020, 3DSMax 2021, and VRED 2021 on Windows. Learn more in blog

Directory Sync (Premium and Enterprise)

Media and Entertainment Cloud Products Integration with Autodesk Account

Certain media and entertainment cloud products will be integrated with your team in Autodesk Account, allowing you to view assignments in you Autodesk Account to help you track and manage your subscriptions. 

Bulk Delete

Admins will have the option to bulk delete users all at once instead of deleting users one at a time for easier user management.

Redesign of Products and Services Page

A new look and feel will be coming to the Products and Services page, giving you a simplified view to easily find the products and services you’re looking for.
