These projects are aimed at helping you save time with increased efficiency and more control.

Bulk unassign users from usage report

You can now view and unassign inactive and infrequent users directly within your usage report, saving significant time by eliminating the need to navigate to user management to unassign users. You can evaluate which end users are inactive during a desired time period by using the custom date picker. In conjunction, use the last accessed date and sort on the days used or monthly average columns to pinpoint infrequent users that may be candidates for unassigning.

Payment center

The payment center is a centralized page where customers can easily self-manage their payment methods*, including adding, deleting, and updating information. Customers can view and adjust their selected payment methods for each subscription without waiting for their next purchase or calling customer service.

  • Payment methods include: credit card, debit card, ACH, financing (subject to availability and approval), PayPal, SEPA, BACS, Japan ATM Bank Transfer, Konbini, Giropay, iDEAL, SOFORT, and ZIP. Payment method availability may vary by geo.

Reporting

We are constantly working to provide flexible control and insights, so you can better manage your users and business.

Team activity log

Admins can view and search a clear log of who made changes and when, including when an admin invites and adds a user, assigns or unassigns a product to a user, or deletes a user from a team.

Session-level reporting (beta)

Premium admins with Flex or single-user subscriptions can access session-level reporting within their existing usage report data export. With the new session-level data available via export, admins can view user activity to understand when individuals use software by their device ID (hostname) with user active session duration, allowing them to assess engagement and usage. Session-level reporting is currently available in beta only and will be labeled accordingly in the export.

ACC usage reporting

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) products are included in your account seat usage reporting and the usage report, allowing you to use reports to better understand ACC product usage patterns and reassign product subscriptions from infrequent users to maximize value.

Group reporting

The usage report UI and export now display group names along with usage and license information for single-user subscriptions and Flex, allowing you to understand product usage patterns by groups to make informed decisions and confidently manage product assignments. Assigning products to entire groups (using default assignments) can increase costs, so it’s important for you to review usage data by group and fine-tune product assignments.

Deployment and IT Processes

We are focused on making it easier for you to access our products and updates.

Include all updates

When users download and install a product, all updates will be included by default. This eliminates the need to download and install each update, which will increase update adoption rates and allow more customers to gain valuable insights from our newest reporting tools.

Account and User Management

These projects are aimed at helping you save time with increased efficiency and more control.

Inactive user workflow

A new workflow across all plans will identify inactive users within a customizable time period and notify primary admins. The notification will prompt admins to review the user’s subscription and re-assign their access if necessary to help them make the most of their software spend.

Hubs list page

A new hubs page in your account will let you see and access all your hubs in one place to understand the hubs connected to your teams.

Unverified user monitoring

The guided setup module in your account will include a new user verification status section, highlighting users who still need to verify their accounts. By seeing a list of unverified users and following up with them, you can reduce the average time between invitation and first use to maximize your software spend. The list displays users for up to 30 days after the initial invitation so you can confirm email addresses, follow up with unverified users, or resend invitations if they have expired.

Reporting

We are constantly working to provide flexible control and insights so you can better manage your users and business.

Premium API Reporting personal access tokens

Personal access tokens simplify the Premium API Reporting authentication without compromising security by allowing you to use a personal access token instead of a username and password. In partnership with your developer or other IT resource, you can use this personal access token to enable access, protecting account credentials.

Control for system-level installs

A new Autodesk Access feature will give you the option to enable users to self-install updates, even without install permissions, reducing reliance on you for updates and rollouts.
