Added Premium Success Services (Beta)

Premium admins can now request expert coaching for workflows with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Inventor, and Fusion. Visit our site here to read more or make a request.

Product and Services Page UI Redesign

The Product and Services page will have a new look and feel to make it easier to view and access products and services. 

What’s new: 

  • Tile view: allows you to see your products organized by tiles.  
  • No more searching within collections to see which products you’ve been entitled to. 
  • Removing any duplicate products instances to reduce any confusion about which one to install  
  • Prioritizing information: makes it easier for you to see your important product details at a glance 
  • One-click install: install desktop products in one click.
  • Easier updates: fewer clicks to access your product updates and more (such as plug in’s, extensions, language packs, content packs, and previous versions.)  

This update is being released on a rolling basis over the next few months. Your account will update automatically with the new view.

Directory Sync (Premium and Enterprise)

You will be able to connect your organization’s directory with Autodesk’s user management platform, to automate group and product assignments

Self-Service Team Management

You can create additional teams within Autodesk Account (which previously required assistance from Autodesk support) to separate subscriptions, usage data, and billing for each division of their organization. Organize users within each team using groups (in progress). Visit the Autodesk Knowledge Network for more information. 


Reporting

We are constantly working to provide flexible control and insights, so you can better manage your users and business.

Single Sign-on Enhancements (Premium)

Making it easier to setup and maintain your SSO integration, with an easier domain registration process and improved UI and help materials.

Product Version Team Insights (Premium only)

For Premium teams with eligible products, this insight will help you identify when a product version is being used less than 1% of the time compared to the other product versions being used. This can help you identify outliers and ensure that teams are working on the right product version, so that collaboration and filing sharing across projects and teams will be compatible. 

API access (Premium)

Connect data to third-party tools via APIs to integrate useage data with your third-party tools to automate analysis workflows. 

Inactive User Insight (Premium)

Under the insights tab, see which users have not been active in the last 3 months to help manage product assignments.

Share Packages in a Team

You will have the ability to create or move packages to or from a team or personal library and have full access to edit and download packages in Team libraries (users will only be able to see or edit their personal Custom Install or Deployment packages.)
