Consolidated view of subscriptions and Flex tokens
Managing multiple subscriptions and Flex tokens can be time consuming, requiring meandering searches and too many clicks to find the information you’re looking for. But a new consolidated view aims to change that.
The consolidated view is featured in the new Summary tab in your Autodesk account, within the Billing and Orders section. It displays a comprehensive snapshot of all your current product subscriptions. Here’s what you can expect:
- Proactive alerts: Stay ahead of potential issues with notifications for payment errors, upcoming renewals, and expiring subscriptions.
- Actionable prompts: Clear prompts guide you to self-serve pages or direct you to a partner for support, based on your purchase method.
Some features are only available to tech admins who also manage purchases.
Sneak Peek: New Enhancements in October 2024
We’re excited to announce a new addition coming this October that will provide you a quick snapshot of everything upcoming in the next 90 days—expirations, payments, invoices, and open quotes. This new view will further enhance your ability to proactively and efficiently manage your Autodesk products.
Simpler management and purchase of Flex tokens
We’re excited to introduce new enhancements designed to streamline your purchase and management of Flex tokens directly within your workflow.
Here’s what’s new:
- Direct purchase: Buy additional tokens directly from within the Balance view, making it easier to acquire tokens as needed.
- Expiring tokens: Tokens set to expire within 90 days are now highlighted, helping you keep track of expiring tokens so that you make the most of your resources before they expire.
- Enhanced transparency: Understand changes in your token balance with detailed insights into token purchases, transfers between teams, expirations, and usage summaries.
- Usage summary: The usage section provides a summary of different products used and unique users contributing to token consumption.
These new enhancements help you stay informed about expiring tokens and understand usage patterns with ease. Plus, purchasing additional tokens has never been simpler.
