Account and User Management
These projects are aimed at helping you save time with increased efficiency and more control.
Domain based user role policy
Gain greater control over the role users receive when being added to your team. By defining approved company domains, users with these domains will be added with a user role, while others will be designated as external users (currently known as guest users).
Bulk role change
You can now change roles for more than one user at a time. Select users directly from the list or upload a CSV file to update multiple roles at once.
Bulk change payments
Easily update payment methods for up to 100 subscriptions in a single action via the bulk action button, minimizing manual effort and saving valuable time. After making changes, you will receive a single confirmation email for easy tracking.
Spending summary
You now have a clear visual overview of your subscription-related spending for the current and previous five months in your account. Track payment trends, filter for multiple CSN’s and currencies, and plan with confidence.
Upcoming payments page
See all scheduled and unscheduled payments in one place. You can now filter subscriptions by their auto-renew status, as well as apply additional filters, making it easy to stay on top of payment deadlines and reduce the risk of service interruptions.
Assign seats by subscription ID
Assign product access at the subscription level for greater control and visibility. This feature can help you align user access with specific subscriptions and track usage more accurately.
Bulk renew in cart
If you have multiple subscriptions, you can renew up to 100 at a time via the bulk actions button on the subscriptions and contracts page within 90 days of renewal.
Enhanced support case management
Manage your support cases directly from your Autodesk account with this new centralized view that allows you to see case count, details, submissions, and statuses all in one place.
Reporting
We are constantly working to provide flexible control and insights, so you can better manage your users and business.
Contextual data export in usage report UI
You can now export filtered usage directly from the usage report without having to navigate away.
Contextual data export in seat and token usage report UI
You can now export seat usage and token usage data directly from their respective pages, making it simpler to access usage information without leaving the current view. The export generates separate files for subscription usage and Flex token consumption, each featuring refreshed column headers for improved clarity. If you have automations that depend on specific column header names or structures, please review them to ensure compatibility. The combined usage file remains available on the all-account export page and is anticipated to be phased out in 2027.
