Happy Monday! Or Tuesday (looking at the time). I have a couple of hotfixes that released today that we’ll discuss here:
Workgroup Ownership Hotfix
This first one applies to Vault Collaboration and Vault Professional 2011. In a replicated workgroup environment, ownership is required in order to perform operations like a state change. The ownership requirement for dependent files required that all dependent files are owned by the workgroup performing the state change. This update relaxes the requirement to allow a state change without owning dependents.

Hotfix – Report Template
The second hotfix applies to non-english versions of Vault Workgroup, Collaboration, and Professional. On non-English versions of Vault Workgroup 2011, Vault Collaboration 2011 or Vault Professional 2011, an overflow condition may occur and files created with double byte characters are not saved correctly when using the Report Template Utility. This error does not occur on English versions.
