To make sure you are sharing the latest and most accurate data, Project Sync enables Vault Workgroup, Collaboration and Professional users to automatically synchronize files from a folder in Vault with a folder in Buzzsaw. In fact the tool works in both directions; it's just as easy to automate file downloads from Buzzsaw to Vault, providing simple, reliable, two way communications between project team members.
Changes to the 2013 release include updates to the synchronization modes, enabling users to configure sync based on specific events, schedule it to run regularly, run continuously or simply allow users to sync on demand.
Also new in 2013 is the ability to resolve conflicts such as Add, Move, Delete, Modify and Rename, reducing document duplication and error.
Coupled with a number of Buzzsaw enhancements the new tool brings disparate project teams closer together without the IT headaches and worrying about updating and securing your valuable project data.
