Today BIM 360 customers are able to generate any of the following reports from their respective BIM 360 modules. Once a report is generated it is emailed to the requesting user.

Newly released functionality enables users to access all generated reports in a centralized location within Insight. Project members with access to any of the BIM 360 modules and Insight will now see a new Reporting tab within Insight.
What’s included in this release:
- View a list of reports generated within past 30 days in chronological order in Insight > Reports
- Download report
- Share report with project or non-project users

- Create a report within Insight > Reports
- Schedule reports
We don’t seem to have found any of these report capabilities. There is no Insight, there is Project Home, and these tabs that you have in the snippet above are not available (Quality, Safety, Project Controls, Report).

Please ensure your project members, including any Executive users, have Insight access enabled in Project Admin > Members.

I found the reporting function, however, not sure where to actually create it? On the older version of Field it already had the scheduled reports functionality, yet, not on the updated version?
So in insights, reports, it allows to search for something that i cannot seem to create in the first place?
Furthermore, exports on the document logs are coming up blank with no data apart from the excel cover page…

The data is typically available in a separate tab in the Excel file. Do you see any tabs/page indicators at the bottom of the view in Excel? If not, we’ll need to raise this as a Support case.

Today, reports can only be created from their respective BIM 360 workflows. As example, you can to go Field Management, filter the grid to issues with opens status and select Export > PDF. Once the report is generated it will be emailed to the user and will appear in Insight > Reports. We are working on additional functionality to allow report creation and scheduling from within Insight > Reports.

Hi, For the most part, this is ok, I would still like to generate an overall project summary with all the beautiful insight stats as a dashboard, something that can summarise number of drawings received per discipline, number of RFI’s raised, number closed, number of reviews issued, number closed and then a summary of all issues by type, when will this type of reporting be available?
Love the platform, just a bit limited on the reporting side.

under the review tab in docs, i have created a dummy workflow but assigned to actual project members, when i upload a file and assign, Autodesk prompts that it will send a notification, these notifications never seem to go out, even if you click the send approver email tab on the document review history tab.
Its quite important for these notifications to go out (PS- no issue with internet connectivity)…..

Are the users receiving other notifications from BIM 360 (e.g., Issue notifications)? Is it possible that that notifications are going to a spam/junk folder?

I cant automate the creation of Checklist Summary and Checklist Details, is this function missing? We would like to schedule this on our project.
The Checklist Summary and Checklist Detail options ar not visible to me. Any thoughts about what can be going wrong?
Hello,
Checklist reports are available for anyone who has access to Field Management. In Field Management, you can use Checklist Detail report to export a single checklist.
When looking at list of Checklists, clicking the export button will utilize Checklist Summary report.
Users who have access to Insight module and Field Management can also schedule a Checklist Summary report in Reports tab. Checklist Detail report is not yet available in Insight Module.

Good Day,
I would like to run a report (as you can in issues) on the reviews function, it is only possible to get a single review report once you open the report en then export to excel, which then gives a detailed report on that specific review. I want to be able to filter by workflow type and run either detailed reports or a summary report as you can in RFI’s or issues. Is this possible??
