Über die MEP Fabrication Data Manager Technologievorschau

Die MEP Fabrication Data Manager (FDM) Technologievorschau ist eine Vorabversion des Cloud-Dienstes für die Verwaltung von MEP Fabrication Content zur Verwendung mit Autodesk Revit 2022 und höher.

Was ist der MEP Fabrication Content?

Der MEP Fabrication Content enthält informationsreiche Komponenten für die digitale Fertigungsplanung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung. Zusätzlich zu genauen geometrischen Darstellungen besitzen diese Komponenten intelligente Beziehungen zueinander, um die richtige Kopplung von Rohrflanschen, Formstücken und anderen Verbindungen sicherzustellen. Das Resultat sind akkurate Modelle, die auch Quantifizierungs-, Kostenschätzungs- und Vorfertigungs-Workflows für Rohrleitungssysteme unterstützen. Darüber hinaus besitzen die Luftkanalkomponenten ihre Herstellungsmerkmale, z.B. wie Nähte und Anschlüsse geformt oder Abwicklungen erzeugt werden. Zusammen mit Autodesk CAMduct bietet dieser Ansatz eine durchgängige Lösung von der Planung bis zur Fertigung für Luftkanäle in Revit.

What ist eine Technologievorschau?

Mit einer Technologievorschau wird ein früher Zugang zu Vorab- bzw. Beta-Versionen zu Testzwecken ermöglicht. Diese werden zur Verfügung gestellt, damit Sie neue BIM-Funktionen bewerten und Feedback dazu geben können. Nicht alle Technologievorschauen sind in jeder Region und in allen Sprachen verfügbar. Derzeit ist die MEP FDM Technologievorschau nur auf Englisch verfügbar, und der Zugriff auf die MEP FDM Technologievorschau steht nur Benutzern zur Verfügung, die ein aktives Abonnement für Autodesk Revit 2022 und höher haben, entweder als eigenständige Version oder im Rahmen der Collection. Die Technologievorschau von MEP FDM unterliegt den Bestimmungen der Geschäftsbedingungen von Autodesk Tech Preview.

MEP Fabrication Data Manager (FDM) Technologievorschau

Die Technologievorschau des MEP Fabrication Data Managers bietet Zugriff auf die Vorabversion des Cloud-basierten Dienstes für die Verwaltung von MEP-Fabrication Inhalten in Revit-basierten Planungsworkflows. Bei dieser Technologievorschau konzentrieren wir uns auf rohrleitungsbezogene Servicedaten.

Als Cloud-basierter Dienst erleichtert FDM das Teilen von bestimmten Inhalten mit anderen Benutzern. Dies ermöglicht eine einfache, optimierte Zusammenarbeit ohne die Nachteile der manuellen Dateiverwaltung oder der generischen Cloud-Dateisynchronisierung.

Ein weiterer wichtiger Vorteil von FDM ist die Integration mit Revit. FDM bietet ein modernes Inhalts- und Datenverwaltungssystem, das auf der Autodesk Forge-Plattform aufbaut, um die Nutzung der Detaillierungsfunktionen in Revit so einfach wie möglich zu machen. Mit zunehmender Reife von FDM sind Revit-Benutzer nicht mehr auf Autodesk CADmep, ESTmep oder CAMduct angewiesen, um ihre Fertigungselemente und zugehörigen Daten zu verwalten.

Die Verfügbarkeit der Daten in einem Cloud-basierten Dienst eröffnet auch die Möglichkeit für neue, durchgängige Arbeitsabläufe. Beispielsweise möchten wir in zukünftigen Versionen Kosten-/Arbeitsdaten in FDM integrieren, um die Verwaltung von Kostenschätzungen für mehrere Produkte und Dienstleistungen durch sichere Verbindungen mit Revit-Modellen und FDM zu ermöglichen.

Was kommt als nächstes?

Da FDM ein Cloud-basierter Dienst ist, planen wir, im Laufe der Zeit weitere Funktionen hinzuzufügen. Einige Beispiele könnten das Hinzufügen und/oder Erstellen von Fertigungsartikeln sein, die nicht in einem anfänglichen Upload enthalten sind; Vereinfachung des Datenmanagements für Inhalte, die aus unterschiedlichen Quellen stammen, wie z. B. die Auflösung unterschiedlicher Material- und Konnektordefinitionen; und die Verwaltung von blechbezogenen Daten zur Unterstützung der Modellerstellung und der nachgelagerten Fertigung.

Die Kernfunktionen, die FDM in dieser Phase der Technologievorschau bereitstellt, werden unten beschrieben, begleitet von kurzen Videoübersichten. Die technische Vorschau des MEP Fabrication Data Manager besteht aus zwei Hauptkomponenten:

  • Einer browserbasierte Webanwendung zum Ändern von Daten, erreichbar über https://fabdm.autodesk.com (MEP Fabrication Data Manager Tech Preview; kurz FDM)
  • Eine Thin-Client-Desktop-Komponente zum Synchronisieren von Daten mit der Cloud (MEP Fabrication Data Manager Sync Tech Preview; kurz FDM Sync)

Als Abonnent von Revit 2022 und höher (egal ob als eigenständiges Produkt oder als Teil der Collection) ist FDM Sync über die Autodesk Desktop-Anwendung (ADA) und Autodesk Account verfügbar.

Inhalte hochladen

Nachdem Sie FDM Sync installiert haben, können Sie Ihre bestehende Fertigungskonfiguration(en) als Grundlage für neue Cloud-basierte Workflows in die Cloud hochzuladen.

FDM Sync Desktopanwendung

Hochgeladene Daten überprüfen

Fertigungsdaten besitzen komplexe Beziehungen untereinander, die in der Vergangenheit schwer nachzuvollziehen waren. FDM bietet einen intuitiven Einblick in diese Daten und bietet einen einzigartigen Ansatz, um die Navigation und Nachvollziehbarkeit zu unterstützen. Dies wird als der Relationship Manager bezeichnet.

Wenn Sie beispielsweise schnell feststellen müssen, welche Services für die Verwendung eines bestimmten Teils konfiguriert sind, können Sie zu diesem Teil navigieren und seine Beziehungen untersuchen, um alle Services zu identifizieren, die darauf verweisen. Ebenso können Sie sehen, welche Teile einen bestimmten Konnektor verwenden. Weitere Informationen zum Anzeigen und Verwalten von Beziehungen finden Sie in der FDM-Hilfe.

Das Erweitern eines Konnektors nach rechts zeigt alle Teile, die den ausgewählten Konnektor verwenden, und ermöglicht die Identifizierung der Dienste, in denen Teile gefunden werden können.

Benutzer konfigurieren

Sie können Mitarbeiter als Mitwirkende oder Betrachter hinzufügen, indem Sie die E-Mail-Adresse verwenden, die ihrer Autodesk-ID zugeordnet ist. Die von Ihnen eingeladenen Personen sehen dann die Konfiguration unter Collaborator oder Viewer im FDM Sync. Collaborator können dann die gemeinsam genutzte Konfiguration in Revit verwenden oder, wenn ihnen die Genehmigung erteilt wird, bei der Verwaltung der Konfiguration helfen. Lokal synchronisieren und in Revit nutzen

Um die Cloud-Konfiguration in Revit zu verwenden, müssen Sie (und alle Mitarbeiter) die Cloud-Daten mit dem lokalen Cache synchronisieren. Sie sehen dann Cloud-basierte Konfiguration(en) in Revit, die mit einem Wolkensymbol gekennzeichnet sind. Sie können in Revit genauso modellieren wie bei einer lokal verwalteten Konfiguration. Änderungen durchführen

Benutzer mit Lese-/Schreibzugriff können Dienste erstellen und ändern, wie etwa Teilevorlagen, Spezifikationen für Teile, Materialien, Isolierung, sowie Komponenten. Beispielsweise können Sie Services duplizieren, um neue zu erstellen, oder Services bei Bedarf umbenennen.

Alle Änderungen, die Sie in FDM vornehmen, müssen mithilfe von FDM Sync mit den Desktops der Benutzer synchronisiert werden. Nach Abschluss der Synchronisierung müssen die Daten erneut in das Revit-Modell geladen werden. Dadurch werden alle Änderungen aktualisiert, alle neu erstellten Dienste verfügbar gemacht und Informationen wie umbenannte Elemente aktualisiert.
