The Automotive Innovation Forum (AIF25), Autodesk’s flagship annual event dedicated to the automotive and mobility industry, has just concluded.

It’s been an exciting event, packed with meetings with our customers, networking, inspiring keynotes and sessions from our customers, sharing how they are adapting to face challenges in automotive design.
Highlights from Day 2
Thomas Heermann, Vice President, Autodesk Automotive Products presented the award to the winners of this year’s Autodesk Student Automotive Design Competition. The winning team is from Coventry and they were presented with an award and had their work showcased on the main stage and at a dedicated exhibition booth for the student finalists.
Customer sessions started with Jun Xue from Xiaomi, presenting “Making the Good Life with Technology Accessible to Everyone“. Followed by Xaver.Freiherr-Loeffelholz-von-Colberg from BMW presenting their “App Store” for organizing their design projects for their teams.

Deep Dive
Day 2 was PACKED with technology deep dives, featuring in-depth technical session focused on Alias-VRED Interoperability, exciting new Alias and VRED capabilities as well as new AI technologies from NAVASTO and AI design sessions.
